Lovely, two-story, summer home on the Bluff 300ft up park street from Silver Beach in Saint Joseph, Michigan. This beautiful, quaint, two-story home, fully furnished, is located just 300 feet from the water at Silver Beach. This beach has been rated as one of the top ten beaches in America by Parents Magazine in 2002 for its cleanliness, serenity, and total family access from sports to barbecuing to just plain quiet seclusion.
Located in the downtown Saint Joseph, Michigan shopping district and literally down the street from the famous Boulevard Hotel and Krazal art center, makes walking the most practical way to travel with its close proximity to everything in the tourist guide book. One hundred feet down the street is the fun house which is the Silver Beach rental store for all water sports items including lawn chairs, umbrellas, and, of course, swimming gear.

May 15 - Sep 15 .. $1100/week + tax (Saturday 3PM - Saturday 10AM).
Sep 30 - May 14 .. $675/week + tax (3-night minimum).
3-Night Booking is also available on weeks not booked during high season.
$300.00 reservation charge (non-refundable)
$300.00 Security Deposit, refunded immediately after house inspection
and mailed immediately.
