We loved our stay at the Grey Goose - our family included three "families," including the grandparents. Plenty of room. They stayed in the wonderful apartment above the garage, just a few steps from the "main house," which was great for them and quieter at night. The three bedrooms in the main house itself easily accomodated the rest of us. The house was incredibly well-stocked, the owners are very thoughtful. Beatiful view out on the unique cove setting, with fews to the main part of the lake from the front of the house. Yard was gentle and easily traversed by the older folk. Owners were great in our communications. Bubba's Brews, just a few minutes away, was fantastic and a must-visit for its tropical outdoorsy feel. Norris is a great lake. Except for the week we want to be there again - which I cannot in good faith recommend ;-) - I otherwise highly recommend this home for your stay!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Two families stayed at this cabin with a total of 10 people and we had plenty of room. This cabin is equipped with everything !! and is very clean !!! The deck and Florida room are great places to relax and cook out. The dock is huge and the covered slip was great for the boat. This cabin is located on one of the nicest areas of the lake and the kids swam and fished off the dock every night. Easy to get from the house to the dock. We plan on returning and because of the easy dock access have already contemplated bringing the grandparents.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

What a fabulous place "The Grey Goose" is!! We spent a week there in July with my kids/grandkids and my sister's kids/grandkids as well. EVERYONE from the littlest at 5 years to the oldest at 62 yrs had a wonderful time and hope to go again next year. The house has absolutely everything you need, from the separate-but-connected-by-a-breezeway apartment above the garage (for those that needed more privacy) to the "big house" with all the amenities. Literally across the lake from Lakeview Marina and around the corner from Beach Island Marina (home of Bubba Brews) and very close to Hickory Star as well. Perfect cove area for swimming and with a covered dock for your boat and jetski docks, which were perfect for our kayaks and canoe. Wonderfully decorated and fully stocked! You cannot go wrong with The Grey Goose!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Fabulous location close to several Marinas. We had the most enjoyable week with no stress. House is very cozy with all the comforts of home but much better because its on the water. Dock is top of the line and very accessible with only a few steps. Decks all around the house give you several beautiful views. Table and chairs down on the dock made for fun afternoons with ladder so swimming was easy even for the little ones. Hope to rent here again next year and the year after that and the year after that.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.
