Very convenient access to downtown Moab (< 1 mile) as well as Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Large master suite features king-size bed, and private full bath. Second bedroom has a king-size bed, third bedroom has a queen-size bed, and fourth and fifth bedroom each have a pair of twin beds. Spacious living room, family room, and dining room.
