Our first trip to Hilton Head, we struggled to figure out where we wanted to stay. Turned out Palmetto Dunes was a great location on the island, centrally located yet very peaceful and pleasant, and this villa was a wonderful locale within Palmetto Dunes - right on the Fazio course yet a bit secluded, very nicely furnished and equipped, and Bill and Sandie provided all the information we could want, to feel as if we really knew Hilton Head even though we were newbies. We had a great time playing golf, biking, walking the beach, and exploring the island, and felt like we were in the perfect spot to enjoy all of those activities.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

easy access to everything, weather perfect, pool a little cold but not too cold to swim, neighborhood very quiet; accomodations were very comfortable and everything you need to live was available by owner; we will be back soon

We have stayed at Hilton Head at various places for the last 15 years and this one was one of the nicest. The unit was spotless, well decorated and very spacious. The master bedroom was large and the bed was very comfortable. The living room also was large and the furniture well placed and comfortable. Dining area is good and the kitchen is adaquate although we did not use them very often. The home has a large deck surroundings the entire living area making a pleasant place to sit and read a book while watching some of the golfers. The location is very good being about mid island providing easy access to all the golf courses, restaurants and shopping. We would recommend this home to anyone as we anticipate renting it again this season.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Bill & Sandie, We had a very enjoyable 2 weeks in your condo. We have been coming here for many years and this was the sunniest condo we have ever rented! Love the afternoon sun! We played lots of golf and the weather cooperated.

What a wonderful condo for everyone. The central location for the beach, sopping and golf was second to none. The bikes really make it fun and easy, no rentals required. The great rooms and layout is super for a family. We loved the balcony and porch for the extra space and views. The clear roof is even fun on a rainy afternoon. We will come back here when we visit HHI again. The owners are super to work with!!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We've enjoyed our visits to Hilton Head Island thanks to this wonderful home-away-from home. Well appointed and centrally located, we find 1977 St. Andrew's Common the perfect place to relax as well as to take advantage of the nearby bike paths, beaches, and especially the golf courses. This villa is spacious, bright with sunshine, and very comfortable. We keep coming back!

Your place is beautiful! I loved to return to it at the end of each day. I love the new white bright kitchen and especially the see through cabinet. We sit on the deck each dusk for cocktail hour. The coffee table is awesome! The wall colour is so warm and cheerful.

Bill & Sandie, What a wonderful week! Your home was perfect for our family. Our kids stayed up late every night giggling in the guest room!! Our favorite part - the beach!
