Beautiful, spacious yet cozy 4 bed, 3 bath 2650 sq ft home on Peak 7! Amazing views of Mt. Baldy and the slopes visible from the living room and the large back deck. Game room with pool table and dart board. New 7 person hot tub on the deck! Approximately three miles to the resort and three miles to downtown Breckenridge.
**Spring and Summer in Breckenridge are amazing too!! Bike or hike endless trails! Peaks trail - a mountain biking favorite - is accessible 1 mile from the front door!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures don't really do the real thing justice, the views from the deck are just incredible. Very quiet area and minutes away from Breckenridge. The three levels provide nice privacy for everyone. The house is very comfortable. Hot tub on the deck is awesome, we utilized it a lot after our days of activity. this home really had better views than you can see from the listing... the liviing room has floor to ceiling windows with gorgeous views of the mountains... it was clean, nice, had tons of cooking stuff, just like it was in the listing... we had 2 couples and we were both thrilled... definitely do again... owners were incredibly nice and helpful with any of our questions... just a beautiful place....Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Our family of 8 spent a wonderful week in this great Breckenridge home. We couldn't have found a better place for our visit. The bedrooms were sizeable and well equipped for guests. The house was spotless - clean and comfortable. There was ample seating for everyone whether sitting down for dinner, watching television or just lounging on the wrap around deck. Kristy and Sean were great at answering questions and meeting our every need. The location is perfect with breathtaking views, walking trails right outside the door, a grocery store just down the road, and charming downtown Breckenridge minutes away.Thanks Kristy and Sean for providing a little piece of heaven for our vacation! Eight of us stayed in this perfect mountain summer home in July. We had plenty of room and everything that we needed from pots and pans to free wifi. There is convenient access to awesome paved biking paths with breathtaking views. We were able to walk from the house to hiking trails. This house is also a short drive from the Quandary trail head which is perfect hike for a first time 14er. Downtown Breck is a five minute drive from the house. Mountain views from the house are awesome and there is lots of fun wildlife to watch from hummingbirds to black bears!! The hot tub is the cleanest hot tub I've ever used. This is the perfect house for anyone who wants to relax and play in the mountains.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had a group of 10 people of all ages stay for 4 nights. The house is 3 levels, with lots of bedrooms and large enough that we never felt crowded. The location is quiet, peaceful, with incredible views and very convenient - just a 10 minute drive to the gondola parking lot or downtown Breck (and just 5 minute drive from the shuttle parking lot). We've stayed in Breck before and it was nice to be outside of town, but still close. Definitely would stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

What a superb place to stay to experience the beauty of the mountains! The home was spacious as well as being "cozy". Our group of nine - spanning three generations - all had our personal space yet enjoyed meals at the large dining room table and fires in front of the warm fire. In addition to being able to ski, snow shoe and hike in the mountains we also enjoyed the amenities of this very fine home. We took turns cooking our favorite meals and played games together including pool, darts and making jigsaw puzzles. We also appreciated that we had Internet coverage and cable TV. We plan to return for another stay and would definitely recommend this rental to our friends!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
