THIS IS BY FAR OUR FAVORITE VACATION SPOT!
Our modern, newly furnished and NON SMOKING condo is very well maintained. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath, sleeps 6 people. STEPS FROM THE BEACH AND POOL, ALL ROOMS HAVE OCEAN VIEWS. Every room has a flat screen TV with Direct TV. There is also a DVD player, I-pod music player, Wi-Fi internet and hair dryers. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances ,has everything you need to cook a meal for eating in. The fish market is just minutes away from the resort! This condo also has a fully equipped laundry room, no need for heavy packing. The extensive patio has enough room for dining or lounging with your favourite book and margarita in hand.
Rental includes daily maid service, towels as well as wristbands to access all amenities and services this luxury 4 Diamond (AAA) resort provides:
Bellboy, concierge, room service, underground parking with 24/7 security guards for 2 vehicles, swim-up pool bar, pool towels, free Kid’s Club, 2 restaurants with an excellent breakfast buffet and happy hour, free fitness room with modern equipment, convenience store, full service spa, 18 hole golf course and more.
RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE RESORT you can find: Banana boats, jet skis, horse back riding, massage on the beach, and of course fresh mangos! This is the most beautiful, clean, fine sand, warm water beach you will find so close to the border. The people are friendly and helpful, food is delicious, fresh, and inexpensive. We like to eat out and would be happy to recommend some local gems for you. We often make a trip with our baby and have only had great experiences.

Renter will receive an official letter confirming reservation. Payment made directly to Las Palomas Resort. There will be a 50% deposit required to reserve rental and a $150 refundable deposit (provided no damages are made to the condo). Rates are subject to change and will be confirmed upon reservation.

*RENTERS BEWARE* Our rates are the lowest authorized rates for a 2 bedroom.If you see lower rates you are most likely renting illegally. Illegal renters have to charge you separately for cleaning and bracelets and will ask you to lie about how you rented. You will also pay them directly, denying Las Palomas of the fees they need to run the resort. Las Palomas knows which condos use this tactic, and you will be questioned at the front desk and possibly denied basic services (internet, television, cleaning). You will be asked to park off the property and walk to your condo, and you may have to pay extra for your services. Avoid embarassment and support Las Palomas; Rent only from rental pool condos and request a confirmation letter from Las Palomas. If you are unsure about your confirmation, contact Las Palomas directly and ask if your confirmation is a legitimate rental.

About the owner: Our condo is a family getaway where grandparents can build castles in the sand with their grandkids while mom and dad relax by the pool. We come from around the world; from Lithuania, from Canada, Australia and USA and here we can kick off our shoes and enjoy family time together. We travel to Rocky Point on our own as well to take a break from the hustle and bustle of city living.

We've all travelled a lot and we have chosen our condo at Las Palomas as this resort is as good as any in the world. It is so close to the USA border with easy driving distance from our homes in Arizona.
