  My husband and I stayed the weekend for our anniversary and it was lovely! Spacious and clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Great homemade bagels and excellent coffee just steps away at Haystack coffee. We launched our kayak right off the bank in the backyard and paddled down to the bay. Beautiful view just sitting on the back deck to soak up the sun! A short ride to the beach for our ocean kayak launch and dinner at the pelican. We will definitely be back and are recommending the place to all of our friends! Thank you or such a great place to stay!

  Hello, let me just brief you on our stay. We rented this house for the first time over Spring Break. I first noticed how clean the house was. I mean not a speak of dusk anywhere. I loved the decore throughout the house. It was stocked full too. There was more than enough towels for a family of 6. There was a washer and dryer. They even had great shampoo and bodywash in the showers. The kitchen had all our needs covered. All we did was buy food and they had everything we needed to cook the way we do at home. The house had tons of extra sleeping places. Besides the 4 beds they had a blow up mattresse and the couch has a pull-out bed too. The house was warm and cozy at night. And during the day with all the windows there was plenty of natral sunlight, and we would open up a window to let in some fresh ocean breeze. The deck is good for kids or pets with locking gates. You could bbq out there too. I loved the location. We just walked to the beach. And in the morning we walked to the Haystack coffee for our java (however the kitchen has 2 french presses and a coffee maker) We met the owner and he was so nice. Our kids loved the house. And asked that we come back next time we go to Pacific City, and we will!!! We are so going back.

  Excellent, clean and awesome decor. Definately will stay again. :) Easy to find, excellent location. River Front View. Close to Beach, shops and food. I would definately refer family and friends to rent this property. Fishing, Clamming, Crabbing all very close to property. :)

  Overall this is a great value for someone who wants to bring thier family to the beach. It is very close to the beach and right in town. It is right on the river with a nice view. The house is very clean and well kept 2beds and 2 baths. Large kitchen and living room is nice. Every room has a flat screen tv in it. You even get cable if you want to watch something at night. The location is a little noisy, but not to bad, from the traffic as the house is on the main street right by the bridge. The entrance is a little different as you have to climb stairs to a deck in the back where you go through a back slider door. Once you have unloaded your car this is not a big deal. The cleaning fee is a little high. Overall really good deal for a nice clean house near the beach.

  This was a great place to bring my son and his friends to watch the surfing competition, just a short walk to the beach, awesome bakery and coffee shop close by yet a teensy bit away from the bustle as well. Love the view of the river and the large dunes. VERY CLEAN and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Super hospitable hosts. Thank you so much for leaving the light on for us and making us feel well cared for:)
