Spacious cottage located steps from the Seaside Beach and Boardwalk on one of the best blocks in Seaside Heights. This house is 1 of 2 houses on the property. Featuring a front deck where you can sit and relax or dine outside & a backyard with a picnic table as well . Three bedrooms, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, two twin beds, a full pull out sofa in the living room. New bathroom. Central air, granite countertops fully stocked kitchen including a dishwasher, Keurig coffee pot, blender. Washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans , (2) flat screen TV's, (NEW UPGRADED WIFI & CABLE), hair dryer, on street parking with 1 parking pass included with rental, (parking pass allows you to park at MOST meters for FREE!, ADDITIONAL PARKING PASS AVAILALBLE $10 PER NIGHT OR $50 FOR 7 DAYS OR MORE. Gas grill (Propane included). SIX BEACH PASSES are also included in the price. Linens and towels are NOT included, but can be supplied for a cost of $75 or you can bring your own. Pillows, blankets/comforters are provided. NO... proms or parties or anyone under the age of 21 without parents. This is a Pet free home. Sorry for the inconvenience

Great Weekend Getaway!

Super clean, convenient location, and space for the whole family. Awesome front deck for having morning coffee and fantastic outdoor shower for after the beach.

Location!

One block from the beach, boardwalk and merry-go-round. Cant beat the location. Interior recently updated and spacious. Porch was a delight. Two showers!
