Island Princess is located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. This is a beautifully decorated three bedroom unit with a gorgeous ocean view.There is a new flat screen tv with dvds in the living room. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed with a great view of the ocean. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. All bedrooms are carpeted with full size baths connected to the bedrooms. All bedrooms have flat screen tsv and dvd playesr. This unit also has a full size front load washer and dryer.
The kitchen is fully furnished with a new dishwasher and everything needed to make your stay comfortable.
Island Princess offers a beach side heated pool and jacuzzi. High speed internet and Free Beach Set-up. ( 2 chairs and 1 umbrella)
There is an exercise room and grilling area with gazebos on the front West side.
Nightly security is provided year round.
Just down the beach is the Fishing Pier, Gulfarium, and the Boardwalk with restaurants and shops.
Come sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful sunsets!

We just returned from a weeks stay at this incredible beach home... It's a wonderful place to escape, bright, airy, open and perfect for vacationing with our 3 children and their Papa. Our kids LOVED their own bedroom w/ private bathroom! I'm not going to lie, we loved them having their own bathroom too. Three full bathrooms and split bedrooms was a nice surprise... The open living area and kitchen are very spacious and we were able to accommodate my entire family as well as our friends for those great morning breakfast feast! The kitchen has been nicely appointed with all the fixtures (pots, pans, glassware, utensils, etc) you would expect from a top notch rental. The only negatives and they were minor... We had a few issues with wifi at first, but once we reset the system there were no problems and the ice maker had a problem making ice. We just bought a couple of bags from the store down the street. Problem Solved!!! The view from the master suite and balcony was beautiful, beach service was very easy to get set up and the pool was my kids favorite! The entire booking process was easy and the owners really tried to make it feel like "home!" It was great! We will be back!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We went to this condo for 9 days in October. The weather was perfect along with the condo. It was just a short, beautiful drive, to Destin, however there wasn't much need to leave. It is a little slice of paradise on Okaloosa Island. We had a wonderful time, and really enjoyed ourselves.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We spent a long weekend with the grandchildren in #315.The condo was perfect.It was clean,well stocked,and even had toys for the beach.Patti was great to work with,especially since our trip was only decided upon a few days prior to check-in.Will be back soon.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We have stayed in this unit several times and have found this experience outstanding! It is furnished beautifully, and the kitchen is equipped with everything. The view is spectacular along with the large flat screen TV, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Island Princess keeps its pool, spa, excercise room, and grounds immaculate. We can't wait to come again!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.
