We are the closest townhouse group to the air port Rd, & we are accross the street from the beach. A wynn Dixie shopping center is aboiut 300 yards away, & shuttle service to the airport is provided by Palmetto Motel- which is directly accross the street from Sand Castle W complex

About the owner: My wife & I purchased a (1) BR condo B-21, in the building next door, in 1994, & we purchased this town house T-4 in March of 2011 because we wanted more space & less stairs to climb.
Why the Owner Chose Other Panama City Beach Properties:
We chose the West area of PC Bch because it is less conjested, & much quieter than the E. side. We are close to the 1.8 Million sq ft of shopping -Pier Park - which is becoming the major shopping area for Panama City area, and we are very close to Hwy 79- the hwy to the new Panama City International Airport.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
There are a lot of people from Canada that come to Sand Castle W because it hss reasonably rates, has (2) swimming pools, shuffle board, close to golf & tennis, & accross the street from the bch, & the Palmetto Motel (accross the street) has shuttle service to the new air port several times a day
