Experience the incredible beauty of Sundance and Mt Timpanogas from this cozy cabin. Our mountain home was designed by a well known local architect (our grandfather) who understood how to meld design and structure with the natural surroundings. An abundance of windows provide wonderful light and a pleasing variety of views of forest, mountain peaks and a feeling of real connection to the natural environment.
The cabin has 3 bedrooms with comfortable queen beds. A loft with day bed is perfect for reading a book in front of large windows and two twin beds. Family room with sofas and dining is connected to a full kitchen. A separate living room with additional dining table,wood burning fireplace and stove also has two convertible sofas for extra sleeping. The cabin also has two bathrooms, washer/dryer, entry, balcony and decks. .
The cabin sits on a large piece of property (one and a half acres) and is adjacent to additional open space. Large grassy lawns are perfect for kids and family/group gatherings. With it's amazing views, sunshine and location this is indeed a unique Sundance property.
If you like sunshine you will love our mountain home. Even in the cold of winter you can warm yourself in front of a window or sit by the fire and drink in the views of mountain, forest and blue skies. Please come and relax, play, explore and make memories with family and friends that will last forever.

Year Purchased: 1975
About the owner: The Nelson Family built this mountain home in 1975 after much planning and dreaming. Our family has it's roots in Provo Canyon/Sundance going back to the 1920's when members of the family spent their summers on the mountain. Today the cabin is managed by Glade who is a full-time resident living next door...which is handy for our guests should you need information about the canyon or any other assistance.

Our family loves this place...as we believe you will too! The location is ideal with lots of space for relaxing, playing and making wonderful memories with family and friends. Our parents/grandparents had the foresight and benefit of selecting an amazing location so many years ago that benefits us all today.

Our mountain home is unique to Sundance with it's breath-taking views, openness (inside and out) and easy access to the Sudance resort and to travel on the scenic Alpine Loop Rd. The large lot with horse corral and grassy areas for kids to play is also unique. Come, relax and enjoy this special get-away.
