  LOVE this beautiful condo!!! Our stay in this unit was all we expected and more. The owner was extremely helpful and responded very quickly with all information needed to make our stay so pleasant. The access to everything was so easy from the great luggage carts to the speedy elevators from the protected parking garage. The beach side padded chairs and an umbrella are so convenient! Thanks so much for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful condo it is so beautifully decorated and comfortable. The view of Panama City Beach from this unit is breathtaking. We so enjoyed the fantastic and huge wrap around balcony. We had breakfast on the balcony while watching a pod of dolphins swimming as well as sunsets with boiled shrimp and cocktails it was absolutely beautiful and memorable. It’s a short walk or drive down to the Pier Shopping area. The choices of restaurants and shopping are great fun, we enjoyed live music at famous “Tootsies” a few nights and the choices of restaurants are great…the Oysters and atmosphere at “Dusty’s” can’t be beat! This was my first trip to this area of Florida, and I will be back again and again.

  From the moment we walked into the Condo we knew it was a Special Place. First thing you notice is the Wide View of the Water from the Panoramic Windows, but when we stepped out onto the Wrap Around Patio the View is Amazing, the entire Gulf Shoreline, Truly Breathtaking from the 18th Floor Corner Unit especially at Sunset! The accommodations are Excellent, Beds are Comfy, Super Clean Unit with New Furnishings, No Problems with Elevators or Carts, they were Fast and Efficient. Great Area with many Seafood Restaurants and Shops, Can't Wait to Book this Condo Again!

  This condo has everything we could have asked for on a family vacation. When we walked in we were amazed by the incredible golf view and the wrap around balcony that allowed us to see all that Panama City Beach has to offer. The unit was clean, spacious, well maintained, beautifully decorated and had all of the comforts of home. The owners were awesome to deal with. They made sure we knew everything we needed to in order to have a great stay. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options available just down the road at Pier Park. Grocery shopping is a snap with a Winn Dixie Supermarket within walking distance. The best part of the stay was the beach! This is where we spent most of our time. The unit included two lounge chairs with umbrella. Our two year old had a great time playing in the water and sand. The Tidewater has more amenities than we expected from the two outdoor pools, an indoor pool (great option when you want to get out of the sun), game room, workout center, etc. The staff at Tidewater was helpful and courteous and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. By far this was our best beach vacation so far.We can’t wait to go back to next year.

  This was our 1st stay at Tidewater. The owner was very helpful and nice in getting everything in order before our arrival. The condo is spacious, clean, & beautiful with amazing views from 18th floor. All the things you need to make your stay a great and comfortable one. The only downside we faced while there (besides the unpredictable tropical storm Debby) was the wait/speed of the elevators and wait on the luggage carts. If you arrive on a Saturday during 2-4 check-in...be prepared to wait...a LONG time...for carts and elevators. Some arrivals claimed to have waited 2 hours for a cart. We just loaded it all up ourselves and made 2 trips and it was still quicker than those waiting. At one point, I actually climbed the 16 flights of stairs after waiting 40mins for elavator. But it DOES die down some after saturday night and most everyone is settled in. We were a quick drive to pier park. (you could walk but with a toddler we drove) and short walking distance to winn dixie. The bunk area was nice for the kiddos and the washer/dryer was very helpful in keeping caught up on laundry. This is a large resort compared to most in PCB. We arrived to find out that the baseball tournaments were going on that week which made it a bit more crowded than it probablly is normally. Any issues we had were quicky resolved with a phone call to owner. Overall we were very impressed and would stay here again...just maybe not in the peak summer when ball games are going on :o)
