  my family enjoyed 2 weeks and were very pleased with the home in Orange City. We will be returning, it was located in the middle of everything and had all the amenities you could hope for. Felt like your home away from home.Sam made us feel very welcome and was always available thanx again Jack,Antje & Brandon

  I have never written a review before, but I had to thank the owner for making our stay so wonderful. We stayed here for a month and he made sure everything was perfect. It made our move from PA to Fl a much easier transition for our family. Again, thank you for your awesome hospitality.

  Sam greeted us at the property right on time, making it easy to get into. The amenities are amazing! Everything you could ask for in the kitchen! My family was especially happy to see a juicer to take advantage of fresh orange juice daily! All was clean, well maintained and in a quiet peaceful area. The photos in the listing were very helpful and accurately reflect the care to details. The owner was easy to reach although we did not need any additional assistance once there. I would recommend this property to anyone familiar with the area, and we will go back again! Overall: very clean and great value for the price.

  House was as described by owner and clean. Had a great stay and enjoyed the house and pool. Owner helped me out by moving and extending our stay with very short notice. Thanks Sam.

  We rented this home for a month mid February to mid March. It is everything the add says. It was clean and neat. On the end of a quiet street. The pool is a nice asset. The owner was such a great guy to work with. Making sure everything was ok and we had everything we needed. Never wanting to intrude on our vacation when he needed to mow the grass and tend to the pool. It has a Chili's, Texas Road House,Five Guys Burgers, Olive Garden and food stores within 5 minutes or less. A Short drive to the beaches. About an hour from Orlando, so you could still visit the big attractions. I would highly recommend this rental to family and friends. I look forward to a future rental here.

  We had a lovely and comfortable stay in this beautiful home. Sam is an accommodating host and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. The location is extremely convenient to shopping and accessible to major highways, yet in a relaxed neighborhood. You will not regret renting this property.

  A simply fabulous home!!! We, a group of six adults, had the pleasure of staying for a week in this vacation rental home. For our particular trip, the rental home served all our needs and more. The home has plenty of space to relax, have fun, and personal space. Sam, the vacation rental home owner, is easy to talk to, flexible to work with, and goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable in this home. The house is located in a nice neighborhood with easy access to stores and local attractions. I highly recommend this vacation rental home and Sam!!!

  This is a wonderful, private, well equipped house for rent in a great area close to all amenities. The owner is very professional and wonderful to deal with. We have never used this website to rent a house, but we will be sure to rent this house again in the future. Thanks Sam!!!
