Welcome to the start of a perfect beach vacation. Bayshores is located right on the sugar sands of Vanderbilt Beach. This low density building (only 30 units to the building and 54 for the entire complex) is well away from the hotels and large complexes. For the most part, only single family homes are near it. The sun and sand are practically your own! Enjoy the peace and solitude that comes from gazing at the hypnotic waters of the Gulf – all from your lanai. Want to catch some sun but pass on the sand? Bayshores has a huge sundeck right next to the beachfront pool – all right outside your back door. Tennis on the bay is right across the street. Need even more re-charging? The restaurants and spas of the world class LaPlaya Resort and Ritz-Carlton are mere blocks away.
Unit #124 - This second floor condo has been renovated in a “contemporary comfortable” style. The den has been converted into an additional sleeping area, so the condo can easily accommodate six guests. The floors feature a light colored wood laminate, the kitchen has been redone with solid surface countertops and raised panel cabinetry, a new washer/dryer are in the unit, and the condo has been painted in neutral colors that ooze calm. Those guests with small children, please take care - the leather couch sectional is white and we prefer it to remain that way :-). The unit is at the perfect height – close enough to the ground to feel connected to the lush landscaping of a tropical garden – high enough for panoramic views of the Gulf and the magnificent sunsets. Vanderbilt beach Area and North Naples:
Vanderbilt Beach is located on the north side of Naples, just 20 minutes from the Ft Myers airport. It’s bordered on the south by the Ritz-Carlton beach resort and virtually every amenity imagined is just minutes away. Once you tire of the sun and sand (if that’s possible), head out for a round of golf – multiple options are available within a few miles. Fancy a day cruising the backwaters or maybe a little fishing? Some of the best fishing in Florida is available right in our own back yard. Maybe something a little more “civilized”? Naples is rated in the top 25 small cities in the USA for the arts. The Naples Philharmonic (also on the north side) offers exhibitions and performances virtually daily during the winter season. A little shopping perhaps? Both the Waterside Shops and the Mercato are just down the street, offering an experience on par with Worth Avenue or Rodeo Drive. Dining options are also virtually endless - over 100 choices within a few miles catering to almost every taste and palate.
