Great for large families wanting lake front vacation; houses rented separately or together. Our larger house sits 30' directly behind and uphill of the cottage, each with spectacular lake views and it's own dock and deck on the lake. Large house has 4-6 person indoor hot tub, jacuzzi in master bedroom, a pool/ping pong table, two 42' flat screen tvs. Cottage has 3 - 5 person outdoor hot tub and 42' flat screen tv and two more flat screens. Both have fireplaces (large house wood burning and cottage gas), outdoor fire pits, cable, wireless, gas grills, full kitchens, washer/dryer, and more. Can be rented separately or together for a total of 25 to 27 people. This is one of a kind situation for large families and groups looking for a lake front vacation. Lake is a motor boat lake and fully stocked for fishing (ice fishing and ice skating in winter). Marina access to launch boat or jet skis is provided with rental. 1 mile to Big Boulder and 4 miles to Jack Frost, and 5 minute walk to restaurants and night spots. Close to Split Rock lodge with indoor water park. 3 miles to Pocono Raceway. You can golf at Jack Frost, and paintball, horseback riding, hiking and so much more is nearby. This is an unbelievable house! It had all the things we needed to stay comfortable during our spring break trip. The owner was very reasonable and did everything he could to make us feel at home. What we really enjoyed was the main house's large living room. When we weren't out skiing, hiking or paintballing, we would gather in the living room and play games, watch movies, talk, do Bible studies, wait for dinner to be prepared... whenever we did anything in the house, it would always lead us to a hang out in the living room. We also appreciated the large quantity of items provided in the kitchen. It was more than fully stocked with appliances, gear and utensils. The property is very close to Jack Frost and Big Boulder and within a reasonable distance from Camelback. The house is also very close to a shopping center for groceries and places to buy firewood and ski gear. I would recommend this to any group, large or small, looking for comfortable yet spacious lodging in the Pocono MountainsRecommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

Great long weekend getaway! The house is very cozy and has a beautiful lake view. The house was close to many resturants and a very short drive to Big Boulder. Plenty of space and kept in good condition. I would book again! Owner is friendly and informative!Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We are continually upgrading the houses with such things as new flat screen tvs, painting, new carpet or flooring, gas fireplace, and much more. These are the perfect homes for families to enjoy together, just as we do.
