The description and photos were right on. Everything looked new. It took a few attempts for owner to respond a week prior, but once in touch was very friendly and helpful in plenty of time. We had six adults sleeping here, three in the bunks, one in each BR and one in the loft. Everyone slept well, and interestingly the folk in the bunk beds seemed particularly struck by how well they slept in their cozy room. One person said the downstairs smelled vaguely musty, but I didn't notice that. Two of them noted high polyester count sheets. Not big deals. And there were plenty of sheets/blankets/towels. We were all hiking Mt. Washington, and the second night no one noted anything but how well they slept. :) We also made use of having two showers post hike (and never ran low on hot water) and ran a couple loads of smelly hiking laundry, which was so nice to have done before returning home. The place couldn't be more convenient for Mt. Washington. It also is around the corner from Storyland. And for either of those you're north of the bottleneck of traffic in N. Conway which is nice. It's obviously near tons of skiing in winter, too. We had a great meal at Moat Mountain Smokehouse, which you can even walk to, and an easy time preparing breakfasts at the condo, and sitting on the balconies having coffee. If anyone was next door we never heard them. The adirondack chairs by the Manor look at Mt. Washington, which was nice. There's also a funny Giant chess set on the patio in front of the manor. On the way out of town we had excellent coffee and bagels at the Frontside Grind.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I loved this place! The townhouse was extremely comfortable with the very large living room, wood burning stove and loft above. The house is very large and can sleep a lot of people. I love being in the mountains and this home is close to everything. It is the last townhouse in the building and is very private. There is so much to do in this area also from skiing to snowmobiling, horseback riding, hiking, shopping and eating at all the restaurants in the area! Had a great time with my sisters at this aweome home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
