We fell in love with the beach and sunsets of Nuevo Vallarta on our very first visit which is why we purchased our condo. The quality of the building finishings, condo furnishings, owners and guests is unsurpassed in Nuevo Vallarta.
Our 10 story building 'Ocean Terrace' is a 15-20 minute cab ride from the Puerto Vallarta airport and was completed in 2008. It is on the ocean, facing west, with an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean... the sound of the waves is ever present! Our 2.5 bedroom 2000 sq ft condo is centrally located in the building on the 8th floor which provides maximum privacy and an unrestricted view. The condo furnishings have a tropical theme so upon entering the condo you instantly feel a sense of relaxation.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, large ensuite, complete with jetted tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has 2 double beds with an adjoining bathroom. The study has a trundle bed, TV with DVD.
The kitchen is Fully appointed and adjoins the Dining Room which has a beautiful onyx d/r table and chandelier conducive to creating a warm and comfortable dining experience.
The Living Room furnishings include StarChoice TV. Condo is outfitted with free wireless Internet, fully outfitted laundry room and safe.
Ocean Terrace is a gated, fully secure 2 building facility with 2 pools, including an infinity pool in front of our condo. The building is on a 9 mile beach which is perfect for long walks, swimming, aquatic and beach sports.
Within a 15 min walk is Paradise Village Shopping Centre which includes a Bank, ATM, Supermarket,Pharmacy,Starbucks, Beauty Salon, Medical Clinic, Tourist Information etc. Paradise Village also
Includes a marina which provides daily,weekly,monthly moorage, fishing charters,yacht club facilities and launching ramp.
Within in a very short distance from our condo are numerous golf courses including Vista Vallarta, The Flamingos, El Tigre and others.
Puerto Vallarta is approx 20 mins away by cab or a local bus can be taken. Sunday eve is family night in Puerto and is a great time to participate in local activities including live theatre, music, art by taking a stroll along the beach front boardwalk known as the Malecon.

We have stayed in a few condo's in Nuevo Vallarta but none compare to Ocean Terrace. This condo is filled with first class amenities and decor. Every detail attended to with great care. The owners are fantastic people that ensure you have everything you want or need for your stay. There are many restaurants close by as well as grocery stores, we enjoyed the propane bbq while watching the sunset. The views are amazing!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We've been coming back to Nuevo for 7 years now. Ocean Terrace is definitely the perl on that beach. Allen's condo was the best we've seen so far. 8th floor oceanfront just above the turtle sanctuary. Glass, marble and wood throughout. The furnishing is also of different quality altogether, incl. real paintings and genuine artwork. Even hand-blown glasses! Thank you Allen!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

My husband and I spent three weeks in this beautiful, large condo at Ocean Terrace. Everything was first class and five star, from the linens and furnishings to the awesome terrace with an infinity pool. The deck, off the living room and master bedroom, provides an unobstructed view of the ocean, beach and sunset. The staff and people were all so nice and friendly which made for an exceptional time. There are many good restaurants within walking distance. The beach is a good walking beach, or relaxing beach with palapas and lounge chairs. We loved every minute!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, pet owners, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.
