Welcome to our home.
We are residences of Vienna, Austria and fell in love with the Southwest and all it has to offer.
We have furnished and decorated our home tastefully with comfort and entertaining in mind.
The location offers quick access to Hwy 101, Hwy 10, Hwy 17, Hwy 87 so you can enjoy all of Scottsdale and Greater Phoenix.
Our home offers a play pool and an above ground heated spa which is always hot. Backyard is private with some mountain views.
Open floorplan concept features formal living and dining, large kitchen with island open to family dining and large family room with fireplace and 3 panel sliding patio doors to covered patio and resort backyard.
Large master suite has direct access to backyard, ensuite bath offering separate tub/shower, double vanity (granite) and walk-in closet.
Travertine flooring and wood floors throughout (expect master bedroom which is carpeted - master bath has travertine floor).
We welcome long-term furnished rental guest... call for rates and dates available.

First experience renting a private residence, everything was perfect! Very positive experience with the management, the home itself and the location, etc. The home was clean and fresh, stocked with everything we needed to make a very enjoyable stay. The pool was refreshing and convenient and all amenities were taken care of. I would highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The house was beautiful, clean and a great location. We enjoyed the yard as we relaxed in the sun, dined on the patio and gazed up at the stars from the hot tub every evening. In Fountain Hills we enjoyed the restaurants, close hiking, and sighting Javelinas crossing the street in downtown.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

i rented this house for one week with some friends to play the memorial championship at fountain hills.when we got there we were super happy with the location,close to everything,super markets,stores,and resturants.plus the fountain was only a 3 min drive.the manager was there waiting for us and was super nice and really helpfull with everything in the house.the kitchen was stocked with everything you need and so were the bedrooms and bathrooms.the backyard was awsome.nice pool with a jacuzzi and a bbq to grill some steaks.the beds were comfortable and the living room was to.super quiet neigbors and peacefull.we really enjoyed our stay and will for sure stay there again next year.all around 5 stars.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Fountain Hills home. It was comfortable, well furnished and very easy to get to. The backyard is beautiful and although it was too cold during our visit to enjoy the play pool, the hot tub was a very nice treat!! I would recommend this property and hope to stay again next year. Jean was so helpful with all of my questions and extremely accommodating with our checking in and out. Great service!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We recently stayed in this house for 1 week to attend my son's wedding in Scottsdale. My husband, my adult daughter & I loved everything about it. It was immaculate, had a well equipped kitchen, was nicely furnished, is in a nice quiet safe neighborhood conveniently located in Fountain Hills, which is near Scottsdale, Phoenix, the Grand Canyon & many other sights. This home has a nice hot tub, pool & barbecue grill in the back yard. We were met by Jean, a friend of the owners, who lives nearby. She couldn't have been more gracious or helpful. We thoroughlyenjoyed staying here and would love to return!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
