Relax with family and friends on the wraparound deck of this peaceful mountain retreat on one acre. No 4 wheel drive is needed and we are easily accessible off Highway 48. We are just north of Ski Run Road and south of the road to breathtaking Bonito Lake with trailheads to some of New Mexico's best hiking. View the stars and Milky Way like never before from the hot tub after a day of golf, skiing, hiking or horseback riding. Master bedroom with queen bed downstairs and second master with queen bedroom upstairs with its own balcony to watch the sunset behind the mountain peaks. 3rd bedroom is kid friendly with full size and twin beds. Hall bathroom upstairs has claw tub for a relaxing soak and downstairs hall bath has a shower. Enjoy family walks on the quiet cul de sac. Don't be surprised to see the family of deer walk up to say hello.

Loved the house, great location, close by Ski Apache road. The house was very clean, furnished with all the necessities and decorated so nice. Owners were great providing information for the area. We especially loved seeing the deer come by every day. Had a great time celebrating our 10th anniversary.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We loved this place. It was very clean and cozy. If you ski its only 2 miles to the turn off for Ski Apache. Right there at the turn off is Winter Park for everyone to go Tubing! Everything is close and convenient. The owners are very helpful and kind. We will definitely try to make it here at least once a year!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We had a great time during our stay. Hot tub is smaller than we expected but other than that everything was perfect. Would definately go back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children.

My husband, 3 year-old son, and mother-in-law enjoyed our stay in this home. Five deer greeted us when the day we arrived and every day following they joined us at 5 pm for "snacks." My son loved it almost as much as I did as I'm not used to deer that want to be hugged! The home had a great set up and the hot tub was so nice after a day on the ski slopes. We will certainly be back and look forward to staying in this peaceful retreat again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: We love relaxing and making memories as a family in the beautiful mountains of New Mexico. This cabin has been such a blessing to us and we are so thankful to be able to share it with friends and family.
