Christmas week $320/nt. (3 nt. minimum), New Year's week $370/nt. (4 nt. minimum).
MLK weekend $270/nt. 3 nt. Minimum; President's weekend $370/nt 3 nt. Minimum.
Rentals requires a $300.00 security deposit.  Cleaning fee on all rentals $85+tax.
1 night fee $20.00; 2 car per unit only.
Linens provided for all regular beds, and towel for 4 guest.
Cancelation fee $60/unit 2 weeks notice Non-holiday, and 4 weeks during Holiday.
