You do not need a sailboat to enjoy this tropically decorated 3bedroom, 2 bath home located on a very quiet canal, located in Punta Gorda Isles; a very peaceful setting. There is a private deep water dock with power and water. Bring your boat or have a rental delivered.
The home has a screened lanai with a heated pool and jacuzzi. It is a spacious house with an open floor plan . A family room with tv, is located on one end and a full size florida room is located on the other side of the house.
A full Kitchen invites you to cook in and entertain through the open window that leads to the lanai. The bedrooms are large and comfortable with plenty of closet space and storage.
We are minutes from Charlotte harbor, Fisherman's village, shopping and restaurants. Golf, tennis, biking and walking trails. are located through out the isles and near the waterfront. Ft. Meyers, Sanibel and Captivia are 45 minutes to the south of us.
Punta Gorda has a small airport.... which house several airlines a 10 minute drive from our home. Ft. Meyers, 30 minutes and Sarosota, about an 1hour also have airports for your travelling convenience.
