When we arrived, my first observation was this place was absolutely spotless. The second observation was how very nicely furnished it was. My wife and I arrived on 1/2/13 and stayed two months. Could not have asked for a better home away from home. Everything from the linens to the kitchen stuff was better than "rental quality". Logistically, this condo is located within walking distance (1.2 mi) of the Legacy Golf Resort where I played golf every day. Nice to be able to leave the car home for my wife each day. Unqualified recommendation.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

About the owner: This is the 4th vacation rental I have owned. For each of the past rentals, our gusets have given us nothing be stellar reviews and comments. I hope you'll consider my home your home away from home.

I live nearby, and the location is absolutely perfect. It's centrally located and close to everything the vacationer or valley snow bird wants/needs.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Baseball fans are less than 5 minutes from the LA Angels spring training home. We are 10 minutes from the Oakland A's spring home, and we are a short drive to the Giants, Cubs, Rockies, D'Backs, and Brewers.
We have two award winning golf courses (Legacy and Raven) less than a mile away. If you're looking for affordable golf, Vistal and Aguila are within 5 miles.
World class shopping is nearby (about 10 miles) at the Biltmore Mall, Chandler Fashion Mall, and Scottsdale Fashion Mall.
Hiking and biking are within a mile of the house.
Come and stay for a few months...you might not want to leave.
