This 3-bedroom oceanview Maui Vista condo makes for the perfect island getaway – beautifully appointed with contemporary tropical décor; sleeps six to accommodate your family or travel group.
The panoramic views are spectacular - enjoy a drink on the lanai as you overlook the lush gardens, relaxing pool, a view of the ocean and the Island of Kahoolawe.
The open floor plan provides oceanviews while in the living room, loft, dining room or kitchen. The vaulted ceiling opens up into a spacious loft with 2 twin beds and separate bath. We have converted the rear of the loft into a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed. We call this a '1/2 bedroom' as it only fits a bed & dresser, but offers a 3rd private space with its own door.
This Maui condo vacation rental puts you in the perfect spot for the beautiful Maui sunsets and humpback whale spotting (in season). Our location in Kihei, Maui Hawaii provides you with all the conveniences for shopping, restaurants and endless fun activities.

We stayed at this suite in the Maui Vista for a few nights. We had a beautiful view and the location was great. The few glitches in our stay were 1) the toilet upstairs didn't flush properly at first use so we had to call in maintenance. 2) the dishwasher did not work at all - this is due to a design flaw because the soap dispenser can't open - it's blocked by the dish rack. 3) the gareburator in the sink did not appear to work either. We had someone in to look at it and he said it was working but it didn't appear to be grinding up anything. 4) there were still some items that were left in the fridge from the previous guests and wasn't cleaned out. Actually just a bit of overall cleaning would have improved things (the dining chair cushions were dingy, the sheet with the contact instructions was greasy and gross, some overall dusting). Also, note that the 3rd bedroom in the rear of the loft is basically an attic bedroom - no windows so it can get quite warm with the weather. It's almost like sleeping in a large storage space, no proper carpeting either. That being said, Denise was extremely easy to deal with, very prompt with replies and very accommodating. The location is great - right across the street from Charley Young beach which is great for snorkeling and playing in the water. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking or a short driving distance. I thought the overall experience was decent for the price and location. If you are prepared to shell out more money for a fancier place then feel free - however if all you're looking for is a no-frills place across from the beach with your basic necessities then this is more than sufficient.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers.

I’m so glad you enjoyed the location and the convenience of Charley Young beach… one of the many reasons we chose Maui Vista for our home. We will definitely look into the gareburator as it sounds like it is time for a replacement. And you accurately describe the “3rd bedroom”. We opted to convert the extra storage space in the attic into a living space. We call this our “1/2 bedroom” and certainly want to manage expectations – as you say, it’s not a luxury room. We were so pleased to find a 3 bedroom condo at Maui Vista. It was better than the description and the pictures. Our week was wonderful - we were right across from the Charlie Young Beach - perfect for the grandchildren who love to swim. We also loved the Maui Vista pools. We tend to cook most meals in and the kitchen was more than adequate. We never needed air conditioning - the open lanai doors provided wonderful breezes. And the view - we couldn't have asked for a better view - it was spectacular!! We would highly recommend "Threes" a resturant within walking distance that has wonderful food and service. We look forward to spending time at this unit again next year.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had such a wonderful time in Maui. This Condo was wonderful!? Amazing central location, really friendly people, BBQ was a great place to meet new people and share the fun of the day, the view from the lanai was amazing, easy walk to a great early morning $5 breakfast among other choices, and of course the beach is AMAZING, and I could go on and on... I want you to know how wonderful our stay was. The condo was in a perfect place for us. My other son who lives in Kihei was just 3 blocks away. My mainland son, his wife and their 2 daughters stayed with my husband and myself at the condo this Nov & we had THE BEST TIME. It was close to everything!! The loft made it so they had privacy but we could talk and plan all at the same time. My Kihei son was able to be with us & still be close to his bachelor pad. Cancellation policy:
ADVANCE RESERVATIONS & FINAL PAYMENT NOTES: A deposit of $200 is required to confirm a reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival, except Christmas Holiday bookings for which payment is due by November 1st. CANCELLATION POLICY: Once a reservation is confirmed (with a $200 confirmed deposit), the cancellation fee is $100. A refund will be provided (less $100 cancellation fee) if cancellation notice occurs 30 days prior to arrival. We are unable to provide refunds for cancellations made 0-30 days prior to arrival unless the unit is re-booked in which case refunds will be made only for days re-booked less the $100 cancellation fee. During our peak holiday season (arrivals between 12/15 and 1/1) we require a 60 day notice of cancellation in order to provide a refund (less the $100 cancellation fee). CHECK-IN & OTHER SERVICES: • Check in time: 4:00 p.m • Check out time: 10:00 a.m. If a later check-out time is required you may wish to book an additional day. Your unit will be cleaned prior to check-in and at check-out. A start up supply of paper goods and soaps will be provided and you will be asked to replenish these items as needed. Daily maid service is not included. There are no additional cleaning or miscellaneous fees unless your unit requires excess cleaning at check-out or if items are damaged or missing (including keys). The charge for lock out calls is $15 during the daytime and $30 after hours. Why the Owner Chose Maui Vista:
We've been traveling to Hawaii since 1999 and cannot imagine a year without the majestic views of the ocean and the sounds of the humpback whales. Our parents decided to retire here; we plan to continue our annual journeys... and we hope to share the beauty with all who plan to visit in between.

BEACH FUN: We enjoy the beach daily... Our younger children enjoy the snokeling & swimming at Kam I which is a a protected area. Our teenagers were quick to learn surfing at Kalama Park.
ADULT FUN: We're just minutes away from championship golf courses and 5 star restaurants for date night. And Lahina & Wailai are nearby,
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: We love Kalama Village for it's variety of cuisine and art. Kihei is central to everything we want to do on Maui whether it's a local beach adventure or a day trip to Haleakela, Paia or Makawoa.
