  Matt and I absolutely loved staying here! We came on our honeymoon & loved the peace and quiet away from Atlanta. Thank you so much for allowing us to escape to this beatifu cabin! The only issue we had was that the first morning of our stay, we found a bark scorpion in the bathroom! But no worries, I got the hubby to kill it & all was well the rest of our stay! We both look forward to returning to this beautiful cabin in this tranquil town. ps. it took us a while to figure out that in order to hear anything from the PS3, turn on the Phillips DVD player & select "CDR"

  Well, we just got here, view is awesome , nice clean place. Tell you more when we have more to say. We had great time together, it was our first trip alone without the kids. We really enjoyed the fire pit and we were even lucky enough to see show. We have no complaints. we look forward to coming back when it's warm and go tubing and zip line. Great place.

  Thank you for allowing us a wonderful & relaxing weekend away from the kids. It was nice to spend some one on one time together. we enjoyed the hot tub at night just looking at the beautiful view and the cozy homey feel the cabin gives. Thank you, hope to come back! Thank you so much for sharing this lovely peaceful, beautiful cabin. The hot tub was great and Helen was beautiful. It was wonderful to reconnect with my hubby without the kids :) Thank you and hope to be back soon.

  Thanks so much for an awesome place. I spent my 31st birthday here with my family + friends, and had wonderful time. The hot tub was great! The cabin was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space. the bean bags were pretty cool too. Thanks for everything, we had a great weekend!

  We had a wonderful time at the cabin. It was beautiful. The cabin was clean, it was easy to find and close to Helen. The directions were easy as was access to the house, The rental process was easy. Thank you so much for your role in making our vacation incredible.

  We took our first Mom / 3 daughter trip this year and have had such a good time. We thoroughly enjoyed your cabin. It was very clean and comfortable and the view is wonderful. We solved all the worlds problems in the hot tub! Thank you!

  Wea are two childhood friends who get together once a year and take a trip. This year we decided on Helen. Thank you for the wonderful cabin. You helped to make our trip memorable. Loved the cabin!! Very clean and roomy. We spent LOTS of time in the Hot Tub!! I hope to bring my family back to visit soon.

  This place is amazing. My daughter, 2 grandchildren, and I stayed there for 2 nights. Everything you need is there. The kids played with the Wii, Playstation, we roasted marshmallows in the fire pit, grilled hot dogs on the gas grill, and enjoyed the hot tub and the satellite tv. It was exceptionally clean and well laid out. I would definitely stay there again and have told other people how great it is. Warm and inviting and close enough to do all the things in the small towns around it. Vicky Jorgensen

  This is a lovely cottage very conveniently located nearby Helen & Nacoochee Village. We were so appreciative of the provided amenities - we had all that we needed for a restful and enjoyable weekend away! The view really is lovely, especially at night with all of the stars. My only suggestion would be that the owner provide additional kitchen towels - we cooked most of our meals in the cabin, and we went through the two that were available relatively quickly :) The home owners were fabulous to work with - the whole process went very smoothly. Thank you for a great experience overall!

Fees:

• Pet Fee: $20 + tax
• Property Damage Protection: $49
• Cleaning fee, incl hot tub: $90 + tax
• Tax Rate 12%

Cancellation policy:

Deposit: A deposit of 50% is due at least 30 days prior to the Check-In Date. The deposit is refundable and applied toward the rental fees. The $49 is payment is non refundable and it is applied for CSA property damage protection plan for $1,500 coverage for accidental damages to property. Rental Rate. Payment in full shall be due within 14 days of the Check-in Date. Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows: 90% if cancelled 30 days prior to the Check-in Date 50% if cancelled 7 days prior to the Check-in Date
