  This was a very nice, up-to-date condo with many very convenient amenities. The condo has been completely renovated recently with a very current look and attractive "beachy" decor which I really liked. There is a good view of the dunes and the Gulf from the kitchen and living area. The condo is spacious and roomy, with big closets and comortably sized bathrooms. All of the appliances, cabinets, and kitchen items are new and appealing, and there is a new stacked washer/dryer. The floors in main living area and kitchen are tile, and the bedrooms are carpeted. Since we were there in the winter and it did happen to be pretty chilly, we found it too chilly to walk around in sock feet. The heater had a tendency to switch off and on frequently and somewhat noisily, but when it was running it kept the condo comfortable. The condominium towers have been there since the '70s (I grew up in Pensacola so am very familiar with the area) and you'd never know it from this condo - the decor is very appealing and comfortable. The wifi worked great, as did the flat screen TVs. There was a great selection of DVDs and novels available - my husband read four novels in the four days we were there. Access to the beach is very easy and convenient. There are wooden chaise longues provided on the beach, and the pool area looked very well maintained, as were the lobby and common areas. The owner was very communicative, gracious, and helpful during the booking process and during our stay. I highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying there again in the future.

  The 3 of us LOVED each and every second of our stay in Pensacola Beach, FL & the condo :) Patty and her husband were so friendly, helpful, trustworthy and easy to work with. The condo, location and area were perfect! There's so much to do on the grounds with having the pool, beach/ocean, sidewalks so you can take strollers and walk safely. You can enjoy the ocean side & the sound side .... on a short walk. There's gas stations, shops, restaurants just a short drive down the road....and the opposite way, is the National Seashore with many parking areas so you can enjoy it--which is even more private for pictures and family time. Having a full kitchen, 2 full baths, 2 bedrooms AND a washer/dryer made the stay so much easier to enjoy the full week of vacation! THANKS for opening your home to us for our 1st family vacation just me, Seth and Addisyn together and our 1st time in Pensacola Beach! Hope to see you again...for many years to come!

  We've stayed in several Regency Towers condos and this is by far the nicest- everything appears brand new. Here are the highlights- the unit is spotless and super clean, surprisingly large with a great floor plan w/split bedrooms and tons of storage space. Fully stocked kitchen with first-rate appliances including a convection oven, quiet dishwasher & the quietest washer/dryer I've ever heard. Supportive bedding, soft pillows and plush linens add up to good night’s sleep. Tastefully decorated with upscale furniture and lighting- think Hyatt, not Hampton Inn. Now the essentials- speedy Wifi- check, hot water, not lukewarm- check, HD channels on the HD TV- check and did I mention a DVD library with 70 plus current titles? Add the sound of the gulf, soft white sand and stunning sunsets- sounds like heaven to me!

  The family who owns this property provided excellent customer service. It was beautifully furnishished and had all of the things you need to make a home away from home. Access to the pool and beach are terrific and it was not over crowded. I recommend taking your bikes, it is a fun place to ride.

  My family and I stayed June 2-8. We have visited the Panhandle many times, staying from Seagrove to Pensacola. I have never had a cleaner, well furnished rental. It was absolutely immaculate. The furnishings are extremely comfortable and the condo is perfect for families as the 2 huge bedrooms are split. The living room and kitchen area flows so well. You can easily interact with family while in the kitchen. The grounds are extremely well maintained. Maintenance staff are on hand and can be seen throughout the day cleaning the lobby, monitoring the swimming pool, etc. We had originally planned on staying at the "hub" of Pensacola, near the beach ball tower. I am so thankful we didn't. This condo is within walking distance to all the action, but far enough down the beach to avoid the congestion. I highly recommend Regency Towers to any traveler. If I decide to return to Pensacola, this is definitely where we will stay. A "perfect 10" in my opinion.

  My husband and I just returned from a wonderful week at Patty and Robin's condo. The condo is in perfect condition and is exceptionally clean. There was MORE than enough room for the two of us. This condo could comfortably sleep 6 people. We loved the full kitchen and cooked any meals. There was a great collection of DVDs and a blue ray player available to us. The beach was just steps from the condo and the white sand beach was definitely hard to leave. We spent several days sitting by the pool as well. The building is very quiet but also very close to restaurants and shops on Pensacola Beach. The only down side was that the tennis courts were closed due to a clubhouse being built. However, we found tennis courts just a few blocks down the road that were always available for our use. We had a great time and will hopefully be back to Pensacola Beach in the future.
