Splendid, roomy centrally located (29th street) 3 story townhome, perfect for your vacation at the beach.

We had a great 2013 rental season and were fully booked from Memorial Day thru the end of September. We are experiencing another strong rental season in 2014. Don't miss out on your preferred dates. Make you reservations now!
Featuring 5 tastefully decorated bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and excellent views of bay and wetlands from the first and second floor furnished decks. A short walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. Property features a spacious kitchen with granite countertops and a central island; living room with vaulted ceiling, wide screen TV and a fireplace. The 5 bedrooms include one bedroom with a king bed, 3 bedrooms each with a set of twin beds and 1 bedroom with queen bed. Third floor has a loft providing plenty of extra space.
Central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout to keep you comfortable during your stay. Cable and wireless internet access included.

Accommodating up to ten people for a comfortable stay on beautiful 7 Mile Island.
Available for weekly or multi-week rentals. We rent on a Saturday to Saturday basis from Memorial Day through Labor Day . Friday to Friday rentals will be considered for April, May and mid to late September.

This house is beautiful with lots of space for all guests and the house is in great condition. The location is convenient to shops and excellent restaurants. The 3 block walk to the beach was easy for the younger folk but was a bit of a challenge for my wife who has health issues. Parking lots are available at the beach but the parking lots are crowded on weekends so arrive there early to secure a spot! The Avalon beach is world-class - much nicer than the beaches at Ocean City, NJ. The owner was very helpful and easy to deal with. He responded to our questions in a timely manner. All-in all this was a lovely vacation. We would definitely do it again.

Our family has been enjoying vacations in Avalon for the past 2 decades. We like the calmer pace of 7 Mile Island than found in Ocean City. We finally made the plunge a few years ago and bought a place of our own. When we are in town, we usually hang out at the 32nd St. beach.
