BEAUTY

Yosemite, the Hoover Wilderness, the Sweetwater Mountains, the Masonic Mountains: all are visible from Arbor House which is on three mile long Bridgeport Lake. It is a majestic setting that is hard to describe. It needs to be seen.

Arbor House itself is fully landscaped with 30 mature trees and hundreds of native plants. Kitchen is large with wood paneling, great view, open to the dining and living areas. Fully equiped with dishes, pots, pans, paper products, coffee maker and more. Large dining area also with view. Living area is open to dining and kitchen. Off the living area is a large deck with barbecue and plenty of patio furniture. Washer and dryer.
Master bedroom with private bath. Two other bedrooms are at the other end of the house and share a full bath. All beds are queens. Sofa bed in living area is also a queen. There is plenty of room for kids on the floor in sleeping bags.


ADVENTURE


Imagine every activity available in a mountain setting and you have the excitement of the Arbor House and Bridgeport. Hundreds of miles of FWD roads. Magnificant trailheads for hiking or horseback riding. Great snowmobiling, sometimes right from the house.

We are dog friendly. There is a pet door. The yard is fully and securely fenced. The doggies will have great fun.

We are HORSE friendly! There is a 1/4 acre corral with small barn. Hay is available but it is better for the horses if their own food is brought along. There is no extra charge for boarding the horses but hay is $15 a bale.





RELAXATION


When the adventures are over the Arbor House is a wonderful place to just sit and enjoy being in the High Sierra. The fully equiped kitchen, DishNetwork, and washer and dryer make for a homelike atmosphere. In summer the garden and decks invite rest and contemplation. Barbecuing on the deck and meals outdoors add to family togetherness. In winter sit in the great room by the toasty stove and watch the magnificent Sierra Nevada become cloaked in snow and ice. Between the infrequent storms the skies are blue and spirits rise. It is truly a paradise.
