Beautiful, Clean, Newly Upgraded 3 Bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms in Kinnakeet Shores. This house is perfect for a relaxing vacation with family & friends.
Enjoy relaxing with a morning cup of coffee with family and friends while taking in a beautiful view of Hatteras Island. Spend the remainder of your day enjoying the pool, tennis court, as well as other amenities, and the most beautiful beaches the Outer Banks has to offer! In the evening, sit on the upper deck and feel like one with the evening starlit sky. You will feel so relaxed when you wake up the next morning after sleeping on a newly upgraded memory foam mattress to start another day! You really have to experience it to understand how great it is!
When you arrive at Sea's Calling you will enter the lower level which contains a washer and dryer for all your laundry care.
The second level has a full bath and three tastefully decorated bedrooms with new memory foam beds, comforters, freshly painted walls, and new carpet. In the first bedroom, decorated in a surfing theme, you will find a double bed and a bunk bed...so surf's up!
The second bedroom, fit for a queen, has a queen bed and a large closet for your storage needs.
The third bedroom, the master, has a king bed with a full bathroom. Enjoy the morning sunrise and evening sunset on the huge deck off this bedroom. All the bedrooms have a TV and DVD player.
The third level has a half bath and a fully equipped kitchen that will ensure many delicious meals....But of course there are many awesome restaurants to eat out at while visiting the Outer Banks! We left our recommondations for you to try!
Off the kitchen is a large open/ vaulted area with living and dining space. In addition to the breakfast bar seating, the dining table seats 8-10 people.
The living room area contains a HUGE comfortable sectional that has a pull out double bed. There is a flat screen TV, DVD/VHS player and Wii system to entertain you! Be sure to bring your Wii games as they are not provided. In addition, there are also puzzles, cards, and family games for you to enjoy!
Last but definitely not least...relax in the hot tub while looking at the stars or maybe the sun! What ever the time of day ...you will love it!

Why the Owner Chose AvonOur Family has been vacationing in Avon since I was a little boy. My father bought the house for our family to use and to always have our memories of being together in this wonderful house. My father decided to sell it to us so it can stay in the family since he no longer can take care of the beach house due to his age. My best friend , who I have known since I was 3 years old and is Godparent to our children, also is part owner of this wonderful home. So I am grateful that we can continue coming down for hopefully many more memories with all of our children. We hope that you can also enjoy our beach house and build your memories of a great, fun, and relaxing vacation at Sea's Calling.
The Unique Benefits at this HouseFree Community Pool/Tennis Courts. Walking trails around neighborhood. Short 4-5 minute walk to beach. Extremely close to Food Lion, movie theater, and various restaurants for dine-in and take-out. For your convenience we have a Pack N Play, high chair, and umbrella stroller for your little ones. If you are looking for a SCRAPBOOKING getaway, bring your friends and use our two 4-foot tables for all of your scrapbooking needs. One of the best communities in Avon!
