We stayed there over family day long weekend. We were very impressed with the condo! I was there with my wife, child and two other friends. There was plenty of room for everyone. The owners are very friendly and helpful! I have already recommended this condo to many other friends. I will defiantly stay there again.Owner response: Thanks so much Andrew for recommending our condo! We look forward to your return.

This is always the first call I make when looking for a place to stay in the Radium/Invermere area. Very clean and well-maintained. The owners are very helpful in answering any questions or concerns. We have taken friends and family here several times, and it often has ended up on their list of favorite places to stay, too! Can't wait for this August...Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We were very pleased with our stay at your townhouse. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It felt so homey and my parents who joined my husband and family kept commenting on how nice it was and how much better it was than to stay at a hotel. How nice to see sheep and deer out the patio window at breakfast, too! We would definitely recommend your place and choose to stay there again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This is a great place to host a stay in Radium. Really central to the Hot Springs, downtown Radium, the Springs course and many amenities in the area. Ultra-clean and spacious. It's great to have the full kitchen, garage, washer/dryer, deck/bbq and huge green space out back. You can tell the owners take great pride in keeping the place in great shape. Have rented probably a half-dozen times and I've never been disappointed. Highly recommended.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thanks for your feedback. As owners, our family does take pride in our condo and are so pleased you noticed! You have highlighted two great qualities - the spaciousness of the condo and the incredible setting. So true!

My family and I stayed in this beautiful mountain get-away for a glorious winter weekend get-away. It easily accommodated our crew of two couples, my son, myself and three little grandchildren. We had lots of space to gather together in the open living and dining areas, and equally enjoyed the ample bedroom space to spread out in for sleeping. We enjoyed the nearby ski resort and the tranquil view onto the golf course out the back doors, then topped off our day with a soak in the hotsprings. Everything about the condo exceeded our expectations. It is nicely appointed, has all the amenities, comfortable, functional and spotless. The big entryway is great when a cast of thousands is trying to get on their winter gear and boots. We had a wonderful time, and I highly recommend a stay there. My adult daughter proposed that we make it an annual event, and I heartily concur.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thanks Dorian for your review. Yes, the big entryway is helpful when you're dressing for the outdoors with a crew!We hope to see you annually too! Beth

My family and I have rented the condo at Radium Springs on Twelve three times in the past four years. Each year as we discover more activities to do and sights to see, it's more difficult to pack up and leave. The condo itself is 5-star-hotel clean, spacious, comfortable and peaceful. The ability to cook our own meals or launder a load of clothes if we choose is wonderful. Having a garage is also a nice touch. Backing out onto the golf course is nice. The clubhouse is a ten minute walk from the condo. The condo's location is perfect, the mountain scenery is beautiful and the wildlife is plentiful, especially in the winter. We love that Radium Hot Springs is a 7 minute drive from the condo. It's also a short walk to the restaurants or stores. Windemere Lake and townsite, Panarama ski hill, and many other sights and activities are within easy driving distance. If you want a relaxing and peaceful getaway, I highly recommend staying at this condo at Radium Springs on Twelve.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thanks Allan for your review. You are right - Radium offers so much to do and the discovery of new sights makes it an adventure. Glad that you choose to stay in our family condo. Beth

My husband and I stayed here the beginning of September, 2011. We had a wonderful weekend! The Mountains are breathtaking! We loved lounging in the sun in the large backyard and taking short walks around the little town. The condo itself is bright, beautiful and well-kept with many renovations. The kitchen was very well stocked with all of the appliances/pots and pans/etc we could ever need. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely visit again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thanks for your feedback. We are pleased that you enjoyed your weekend stay at our family condo in Radium and will recommend the condo to others. There is so much to do year round!

Owner info
Year Purchased: 1992
About the owner: The condo is owned by three siblings living in Alberta.
Why the Owner Chose Radium Hot Springs:
My siblings and I chose a mountain retreat to foster time together - grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins - in the summer and during holidays. And what great memories we have! We love to spend summer days kayaking on Lake Windermere and winter days on the slopes of Panorama. Our favorite hike is the Bugaboos.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
Stroll down the street to the Village rink, baseball diamond, community centre and playground. A 5 minute walk for groceries, ice cream treats or coffee and baking.
The Columbia Valley is a golfer's and hiker's paradise in the summer and a haven for snow skiing and boarding in the winter.
