Beautiful and spacious Townhome in a quiet gated community. We purchased the home in May 2011. It was 3 years old but regardless, we painted the whole house and installed brand new broadloom in the bedrooms and hallway. The most fun we had was furnishing the home and decorating it. We have several videos available and will email them upon your request. Most of the furniture is brand new. The kitchen includes all necessities and utensils. Home is located 20 minutes from the Ft. Myers Internation Airport.

I spent the month of March 2012 at this wonderful property. It has everthing you would ever want in a vacation home. I found the owner very helpful and easy to deal with. Great location for with plenty of places to eat and shop. Very nice pool area with friendly people. I would most definately stay here again if the home was available for the time frame that I need.Recommended for: Age 55+.

This beautiful condo was exactly as the owner listed it.Photos were accurate,being there was even better. The property was clean and well maintained.Every room was weel decorated and everything you needed was there. The landscape in the entire complex was just beautiful.The pool was great and there were restrooms at the pool area.You are about 15-20 minutes from the airport and about 30 minutes from the beach. Several restaurants and grocery stores and shopping is close by.The owner was very helpful and answered all my questions and kept in contact the entire time.Asking if had we any problems or concerns.I would most definatley recomend the property to stay at. I hope to return next year at the same time.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We stayed here for 9 days and enjoyed every day. The area is quiet and the home is brand new from top to bottom. Everything we needed was there including the pool, BBQ, fully outfitted kitchen and a nice view. We would open the slider to the breakfast area in the morning and enjoy the fresh air and the random birds that would come by to check us out. The security of a gated community and lots of friendly neighbors made it a comfortable place to return to, even at night. It is located such that most of Ft Myers is a quick drip and there are lots of local places within a few min to shop and eat.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Rates vary from as low as $750 per week in the off season to $900 per week. Monthly rates are as low as $1700 in the off season to $2500 in peek season. Peek Season is Nov 1st to Apr 30th. Christmas period is available and is at a premium rate, please enquire. Visa and M/C accepted through PayPal. Cleaning Fee of $100 will be charged in addition to the rent charge.

About the owner: My wife and I are in the Automotive business and love to relax in the sun and warm weather. We live in Canada but try to spend at least one weekend per month in our home in Florida. We have 3 young children that absolutely love the pool.
Why the Owner Chose Other Cape Coral Properties:
We spent a week in Cape Coral, Florida in March of 2011 and loved it so much that we decided to purchase our own vacation home. Our cousin is retired and lives there and keeps an eye on our home for us while we are in Canada.

Shopping is 5 minutes away and numerous restaraunts within 5 miles. There are about 5 golf coursed within a 5 mile radius and are reasonably priced. .
