This charming two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor garden flat is an ideal base for exploring London. All on one level it is ideal for people who find steps difficult. It is not suitable for very young children (although fine for babies). Situated in Parsons Green an up-market area of central London, close to the Kings Rd Chelsea, this quiet garden flat is round the corner from excellent transport facilities, restaurants and shops.
The sitting room with original period features and gas coal fire has a 4'6'' sofa bed. The spacious kitchen/dining room is fully equipped and the whole flat is air-conditioned, which after a day of site-seeing on a boiling hot day comes as a welcome relief. The flat has two intercommunicating bedrooms, each independently accessed with their own bathrooms, both bedrooms have digital TV. The main bedroom has double doors directly onto the patio and garden, ideal for al-fresco dining. The patio has steps leading down to a small enclosed garden which is full of fragrant plants and flowers. An oasis on a hot summer's day. Please note, as a home furnished and equipped for adults, the flat is not suitable for small children.

About the owner: We moved down the road from Chelsea into this area nearly thirty years ago and have always been too happy here to move. We spend quite a lot of time in the countryside or travelling abroad, so we decided to let the flat out for short periods when we were away.
Why the Owner Chose Hammersmith & Fulham: I got to know the area well when I lived in Chelsea and felt it was more convenient as far as transport and reasonably priced restaurants were concerned. Both the particular stretch of the Fulham Rd around the corner and Parsons Green (opposite the tube station) have become a thriving, vibrant up-market 'village' within central London, popular with professionals
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment: Parsons Green is an ideal place to live. Not only are there excellent public transport facilities to access all London has to offer, but also easy access internationally via Eurostar or Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
