  Our one week stay at your property was far too short. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and well equipped for our family of 4. The proximity to the beach and to the shopping/restaurants was perfectly suited to meet the needs of teenage boys AND Mom. San Clemente was a wonderful place to spend time shopping/eating, but also easy access to both San Diego and LA. I would definitely go back to this property - hopefully for longer! Thank you to the King's!

  Our family of seven stayed for a week and fell in love with the Surf Shack. When we walked in to the condo it was bigger than what I had imagined via the photos. It comfortably housed 5 adults and 2 children. The view of the ocean is absolutely breathtaking. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves crash on the shore. Amazing walking/running trails right by the beach. Loved that everything was within walking distance. We only used our car once the whole week. The view is worth EVERY penny and we all were sad to leave. My girls can't wait to return next year. We surely will be making the Surf Shack our yearly family vacation destination!!

  We recently stayed at the Surf Shack for 11 nights in June, and had a great stay! The unit was perfect for our family. The owners did a great job with the renovation! The interior of the unit was brand new as described, very clean, and had everything we needed. The view is amazing! The complex is conveniently located just a short walk down the hill to the pier, and a short walk up the hill to great restaurants, shops, etc. There is secure private parking in the garage, and a nice pool area with hot-tub. We didn't want to leave! Can't wait to stay again! Thanks again Todd and Mary for letting us stay at the Surf Shack and for being so helpful.

  We stayed here the first week of May for my birthday. The condo was amazing! It was perfect for us. The location is great we could walk to everything. The Kitchen, love it..While preparing meals or doing dishes you can gaze at the ocean. We hated to leave and hope to return again next year. Our 4 year old grandaughter enjoyed the beach and pool more than Disneyland!

  Thanks for an awesome stay at the Surf Shack. You made the process of checking into the Surf Shack so pleasurable and easy. The instructions were thorough, clear, and detailed. The instructions for the use of all the electronics were also very detailed. We enjoyed the fantastic panoramic view each day. It was very convenient for us, as it is just steps to the beach and wharf, as well as Del Mar. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We were blessed to be your first guests, as everything was so beautifully decorated and new. Todd and Mary thanks for sharing your slice of heaven with us. It was a pleasure to meet and deal with such personable, professional, and accomodating people. We look forward to coming back soon.
