  We stayed here for a destination spring wedding and the condo was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The fact that the linens are provided is a big help. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the flowers had just started blooming. It was close to the beach and the grocery store. I especially liked having en suite bathrooms with each bedroom, since we stayed with a couple we didn't know very well. The owner was very accommodating - especially in helping me retrieve some personal property I left behind. I highly recommend this as a vacation rental.

  This is a great condo! It is spacious and clean. The furnishings are attractive and well maintained. All the essentials are provided. It was great to have 4 queen beds, and we enjoyed the screened back porch. The activity center, w/ a workout area as well as outdoor and indoor pools, is within walking distance. The beach is nearby, and we appreciated the convenience of being so close to Sunset, Callabash, Ocean Isle and Myrtle. We've already recommended this condo to our family and friends.

  I completely agree with the other reviews on this property -- the condo is exactly as pictured, clean, well-appointed and a "cut above" what you'll find in most of the other units. If you have any reservations about renting from VRBO or this owner, put your fears to rest. You will be very pleased with everything including the location (ground floor is so convenient) and the view (golf course). We stayed here for a ladies golf weekend - some of the best golf courses in the south are in this area. Shopping -- Ladies, don't miss Island Breeze or Victoria's Ragpatch at Ocean Isle. If you are coming to enjoy the beach (short ride just over the bridge), you can rent a cabana (look on the internet - sunsetbeachcabana) for a reasonable price & they put it up/take it down! They also rent beach chairs, although the owner of this unit has thoughtfully provided 4 nice sand chairs. Restaurants -- everywhere! Wide variety. I have been coming to Sunset Beach for 30 years and look forward to every trip. This was my first time to rent from this owner...but I assure you...it won't be my last. It was a totally easy experience. And I recommend this owner over booking something through the actual Sea Trail resort.

  We had a wonderful weekend at your condo! You were able to rent to us even though it was very short notice. You made the rental process very simple and the condo was perfect for our needs. Sunset Beach is beautiful with plenty of restaurants nearby. The area is perfect for golfers. Thanks for a great getaway!

  We recently spent a pleasant long weekend in the condominium. The unit was very well appointed and clean with updated furnishings and comfortable mattresses. Parking was convenient and safe. The location was convenient with abundant restaurants, shopping and groceries available without the traffic of Myrtle Beach. There are several world class golf courses in the immediate area providing much enjoyment even for a non-golfing ride along wife. The beach was quickly accessible, wide and firm for beach acivities and walking. We do not hesitate to recommend this location.
