ENTER THE NINJA RANCH, and leave having vested, tested and rested your inner Ninja! The ranch is nestled on 2.5 acres and located in the town of Joshua Tree, gateway to the awe inspiring national park in the magical Mojave. The Ninja Ranch is located just 1/4 mile off Highway 62, within 300 yards of the park boundary, 1 mile from the Indian Cove Park Entrance and directly between the Park's West and East entrances, allowing you to easily access every aspect it has to offer during your stay!
A comfortable and well appointed ranch where modern design meets homesteader tradition, the Ninja Ranch has just completed the first phase in its' evolution. It will grow over the years with new amenities and a vision for a community of ninjas who return to further their training year after year and season after season! SECLUDED AND HIGHLY ACCESSIBLE, with just one neighbor for over 150 acres, yet an easy 1/4 mile road to Highway 62 and nearby restaurants, yoga studios, shops after a day in the park. Bouldering, running, biking, hiking, gentle walks and wildlife (coyotes, quail, roadrunner, tortoise) can be found right outside the ranch gates. The south facing yard is made for relaxing. Extraordinary sweeping 360 degree views greet you from every side with stunning sunsets and night skies with star showers daily.
The immediate property is fully gated, with a small portable gas barbecue, picnic table, teak lounge chairs and a fire pit. Inside find a fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking sundries, fire place, gas heat, ceiling fan, linens, 37' HDTV and DVD/CD player, ninja games and a small library await.

The ranch sleeps 6 (max 8 using sofas). There are three bedrooms in the home, each with a queen bed. One opens to the south view, the other two to the north (one with direct access to the second bathroom, and one with a giant skylight over the bed for star shows nightly). Vaulted ceilings in the great room and a large sectional sofa provides alternate sleeping opportunities. Dining table for 6, and adjacent sitting area for 3 by the fire.

One neighbor within 150 acres of the Ranch makes it a secluded and quiet experience, but just 1/4 mile off the main thoroughfare of Hwy 62 (29 Palms Highway) makes it incredibly easy access.                     what a wonderful place this is! The house is clean, light and had plenty space for our group of four. It is exactly as described, there is enough room for 6 guests. The main part of the house is new, modern design with the living, kitchen, nice bathroom and the master bedroom. There are two other bedrooms, one with the second (smaller) bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need (no dishwasher, but that was not a problem for us). Outside there is a picknick table, two lounge chairs and other chairs. We enjoyed sitting there and see the sun go down. I would certainly recommend this house!

                    Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

                    The owner is still working on the property, it's very Joshua Tree though, so a great way to get right into the desert scene. The views are wonderful, it's very quiet. The house is well stocked and clean. The owner is super helpful and very thorough. We would stay there again.

                    I came from the east coast to spend some time with my 3 grandsons and their parents. This place was absolutely perfect for us. it is close to the Joshua Tree park that the family enjoys very much. the boys and their father actually camped in the Indian Cove and it was great to have the house available for dinners and lunch breaks. We had dogs with us and the fenced property was another plus. I liked the relative isolation and watching the sun rise every morning. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs.Plenty of room to relax, play board games, or retire into a bedroom for a nap. The owner provided all needed information and contacts were on hand should we need anything. The house is very tastefully furnished, with nice touches, and very clean.

                    Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

                    Our party included three couples looking for a quick weekend getaway and Ninja Ranch delivered. The description was very accurate, right down to the Ninja costume. Everything was clean when we arrived. Chaz, the owner, was very helpful and accessible throughout our stay. It seems there is still some remodeling that's in progress but only improvements that should make it even better including an extra bathtub. Our one and only disappointment was that there wasn't a Ninja blender. Go ahead and pay the integratron a visit...it you haven't heard of it yet give it a google.

                    Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

                    We arrived to the Ninja Ranch on a Friday evening. We immediately felt at home and enjoyed our stay tremendously. The house has 3 bedrooms, and a central kitchen, dining and living room area. The kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed to prepare meals. The property is very quiet and is close to Joshua Tree park. It's a little difficult to find at night, but as long as you pay attention to the street signs it's fairly clear-cut. The owner was very friendly and reachable at all times to answer our questions. She was very accommodating and made us feel like we could ask her any questions, which it related to the house or just visiting the general area. There's wifi on the property which is great if you need to do some work. We definitely recommend this place and plan to return in the future. Thanks Chaz! :-)

We provide a guide to not just the house, but to shops, dining and attractions in the area. I have local resources I can also help with (like finding a babysitter, a guide for photography, climbing or hiking, etc.). I check in when guests arrive, and as they check out on locking up to be sure they, and the ranch, are safe and well taken care of. After that I just make myself available for guests to reach out to if they want during their stay. We are hoping for a community of ninjas who come back multiple seasons or years:) Thanks so much!

                    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the ranch. The house was comfortable and very clean. The weather there was wonderful especially coming from colder weather. The views were great and it was a quiet, peaceful four days.

                    I stayed at The Ninja Ranch for 4 nights, and I absolutely loved the beautiful sweeping 360º views of the entire valley. The sunsets over the mountains were amazing every evening. In the bedroom I stayed in, you could look out over the valley at night and see the stars, and then watch the sunrise. The location is very private—there's acres and acres of open space all around the property. But the main road is only a half-mile away, and we were able to get into the towns of Joshua Tree and 29 Palms (where the entrances to the National Park are) in 5-10 minutes. The town of Joshua Tree isn't built-up or commercial at all, and has a few good restaurants and corner stores. We hit the bigger grocery in Yucca Valley on the way. The kitchen was well stocked with silverware, pots, pans, and all the appliances seemed brand-new. There's also full laundry and an on-demand hot water heater, plus 2 regular heaters (one in the bedroom, one in the living room) AND a working fireplace. Everything was well-maintained and clean. Highly recommend staying here if you like a bit of privacy and equidistant access to the 2 entrances to the National Park! I'll definitely be back.
