This decorator/artist owned and decorated condo is sure to make you smile the minute you walk in. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is the perfect mix of sophistication and 'artsy beachy'. All rooms open directly to the very large balcony from which there is a wonderful panoramic Gulf and Bay view.
There is a flat screen TV in the living room and a queen size sleeper sofa, love seat and comfy chair. The colors and fabrics will make you feel happy and like you are on a very special vacation, and, YOU ARE!
The oversized master bedroom is furnished iwth a king size bed and flat screen TV with built-in DVD player. With sliding doors leading from the master out to the balcony, you can slip out of bed after a good night's sleep and watch the sunrise since this unit is on the coveted east side of the building. The newly removated master bath has a large ceramic tile shower with glass tile accents and with the large walk-in closet there is plenty of room for your belongings...it's even large enough for a portable crib.
The guest room has a queen size bed and flat screen TV and another large closet. It also has sliding doors that open to the balcony, as does every room in the condo. The newly renovated guest bath has a shower/tub and is accessible from the living room for those sleeping on the new queen sleeper sofa bed.
The open and unusual split floor plan allows for maximum interaction during the day and complete privacy at night.
This condo is absolutely wonderful and has everything you could possibly need for a memorable vacation on the most beautiful beach in the USA. Of course you will have 2 seasonal lounge chairs and umbrella on the beach. We want you to be as comfortable on the beach as you will be in the condo!
If there is anything you need during your stay, we are just 5 minutes away and always available.
