The COASTAL PARADISE BEACH HOUSE is a Beautiful and Charming 4 bedroom 3 bath home in Royal Sands Beachfront Neighborhood! Vaulted ceilings, big spacious living area and seperate game room downstairs will insure for a great relaxing fun stay. All beds are pillow top high quality mattresses and the bunk beds are all memory foam which are amazing! Just steps from the Gulf and only a few feet from one of the adjacent neighborhood swimming pool areas. Royal Sands has two neighborhood swimming pools. Our home offers all of the comforts of home with all the accessories for a perfect beach vacation. The COASTAL PARADISE BEACH HOUSE has a well equipped kitchen, from blenders to bread makers, gas & charcoal Grills, Granite counter tops, stained concrete floors and much more. High-speed internet, Direct TV on several LCD TVs, a pin-ball Machine and much more. The bay can be viewed from the porch and 2nd floor bedrooms, and Ocean from the back porch and living room. We love dogs (NO CATS) and welcome them into our home however they need to obey a few rules. The house is non-smoking, but you may step outside to smoke. The beach is about a five minute walk away across a beautiful boardwalk that takes you across the sand dunes. With the Gulf on one side and the Bay on the other, our guests soak up a real beach experience. Port Aransas is in the migratory path for many species of birds, affording a great opportunity for birding. Bring your binoculars or view the ocean through our telescope!
At the COASTAL PARADISE BEACH HOUSE all boats and watercraft must be parked fully in the driveway with your automobiles. If needed, you may park boats at the Port Aransas Municipal Marina for five days at no charge ($2/day after that). Contact the Harbor Master.

We had such a good time. They had everything we needed, and lots more. The porch was incredible. Open to good breezes and a nice view.Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

Our vacation time at the beach house was wonderful! Everything we needed was in the home already. Great walk to the beach and close enough to Port - A to be able to run into town for groceries or a night out. Overall, we loved it and hope to be back next year!Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We rent a house every year for our annual Port Aransas beach trip. We have stayed in some great houses, but Coastal Paradise is now my favorite. We had 7 adults and 7 children in the house. The layout and sleeping accommodations were wonderful. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen I have seen. The back porch and deck were a great bonus. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We will stay there again! Thanks to the owner for being so easy to work with and for opening his home to others.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful stay in Port Aransas! The house was wonderful! Plenty of space for everybody & the beds were incredibly comfortable! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more! It was so nice having a boardwalk over to the beach & one of the pools was very, very close! We never felt like we were in a rental & we can't thank Thor enough for opening his home! We had absolutely the best time!!! Can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Families with young children.

We came down with several friends to spend the weekend at the beach in Port A for my wife's birthday, and it was great. The house is really nice, very comfortable and has everything you'd need while you are down there. It is a little hike to the beach, across the boardwalk over the dunes, but it's a nice walk through the neighborhood. We'd definitely stay here again if we were going to Port A.Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The house has plenty of space for all to sleep in comfort. There are 2 king sized beds and two large bathrooms up. So nice for couples. The kitchen ammenities are just amazing from bread maker, rice cooker, deep fryer and outdoor grill to name just a few. There were plates, glasses and silverware for as many as we could feed. I especially liked that this house has the LR TV viewable from the kitchen, which is the only house we have rented in Port A that has this. That is if you don't spend your time looking at the pond outside or the gulf views! All the furniture is new and comfy. The pools were handy and the boardwalk to the beach is just a block from the house. We will return!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The house is on five dove circle which is great for kids as their is less traffic. The house overlooks the pond and has views of the bay and ocean from the front and back of the house!

About the owner: I have lived 20 years in Texas and have come to find the Texas coast as my second home. I love fishing and enjoy bringing my two black labs and family down to enjoy our new second home.

I put high quality mattresses in everyone room and memory foam mattresses in the bunk room for my kids to enjoy. You will also enjoy some of the perks with this house including watching LCD tvs in your bedroom, sipping margaritas on the porch listening to wireless music, and much more. This place is my 2nd home and I designed it to be very comfortable when I visit.
