New Listing / Cozy 3BR Castillo Townhouse on Moab Golf Course
- Minimum stay:N/A
- Internet:Yes
- Pets allowed:No
- Wheel chair accessible:No
This is an exclusive, well-maintained, nicely decorated, well-appointed, 3BR 2BA townhouse in a quiet neighborhood on the east side of the valley (away from the noisy west side highway corridor), beautifully situated next to the Moab Golf Course, within walking distance of red rock fins, Mill Creek Canyon, and "Steelbender Trail." Hiking and biking is right out your front door. The townhouse has a uniquely private back yard and patio, right next to the golf course, but once removed, so the golfers can't see you.
If you are longing for a relaxing getaway from the maddening crowd (this IS NOT another RIM condo), our townhouse complex has only 18 well cared for units, in a landscaped, campus-like setting. Our location ensures that you won't hear the highway. One of the nicest pools around, our pool is not over-crowded, and is conveniently nearby.
Non-Smoking. Pets ARE allowed, but we are assiduously clean, so leave them in the garage when no one's there.
This unit is a perfect fit with the one next door (#271921) for larger groups.
Can also be coordinated with #85324, #98352, #107352, and #179498,.. all are Castillo townhouses.

We just came back from a wonderful vacation from Yellowstone, Salt Lake City and Moab. We were party of 7 with young children. We rented a cabin in Yellowstone and then this one in Moab, and this was the best house we rented. In this wonderful house, every little detail was taken care of. I had asked for additional mattress and Rob and Lisa had made sure that it was there when we reached. Kitchen was very well stocked. Arches is at a very convenient location from this home. I would give this place 5 stars and would definitely recommend renting this place to our friends.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children.

We just returned from a wonderful visit to Southeastern Utah, with a few days' stay in Moab at this condo. We had a wonderful time in the area, and the condo was perfect for our needs! Our group (one parent and two teenaged boys) was smaller than originally planned, but allowed for each of us to have our own space. The condo arrangement can comfortably accommodate up to six while still allowing privacy if you need it, and ample space for group gatherings, meals and the like. Though it is not specified in the listing, this is a two level unit, with the three bedrooms upstairs and living area downstairs. Also, there is no "master bedroom/bathroom" as we have found in most condos, but all the bedrooms are very generous in size, share a full bathroom via private entry, including a generous separate closet area. The downstairs bath has a shower as well. This unit is nicely set up for two couples (with or without children), or large family. I liked the fact that we did not have to worry about noise from upstairs neighbors, or creating noise if someone was in a unit below us. In addition, the hallways and stairway were light and tastefully decorated, as was the entire unit! Most units that we have rented have supplied an abundance of kitchen ware and appliances, as this unit is no exception. However, most offer very little food storage space (if any!) for items we brought with us. I was delighted to find a generous panty close to the kitchen with several available shelves for our food and gear! Our stay was too short, so we were not able to take advantage of the outdoor fireplace on the nice private patio overlooking the golf course and Moab Rim. I wish we had - a very peaceful and quiet setting to enjoy a BBQ, a meal, or a beverage any time of day! The fireplace inside is also inviting for those chilly or snowy days, as we had. Though our stay was early April, the pool was open, warm enough to enjoy even in chilly temperatures, and very private. In addition, a nice community green space with trees and grass is also right across the street from the unit. Nice, clean, efficient, quiet, tastefully decorated and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo, ,and in Moab, and hope to return soon!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

The property was great. It was clean and in working order and matched the pictures. The owner was very helpful. I'd highly recommend it. The only minor complaint was that the pool wasn't open yet and the website didn't say that.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
Owner response: Thanks Diane, We'll remedy that. Pool opening and closure dates vary from year too year, but an approximation is helpful, especially for Half Marathon which is always too early in the season. Generally, April 1st through October 15th.
