Fantastic stay; Can’t ask for anything better than this!
We stayed six weeks at the condo with a 9month old baby. Stewart was amazing with us and helped fix the AC problems. He provided us with playpen, highchair and bathtub which were helpful beyond words for our baby. The condo has everything you need even for a long stay. Living room was spacious and good to have a couple friends over for chats. Location is unbeatable. We love our walks along the commonwealth mall and Boston public garden so much. Restaurants, supermarket, the T and prudential center were so close. Nothing to complain about! Thank you for being so wonderful with us. Hope to return in the future!

Really attractive, homey property.
I enjoyed my stay there and it has most everything that you need. Specifics to ask about are the laundry card and if you are there in the summer the AC situation. They are very generous with the amenities. The shower can leak out unpredictably but they provide extra rugs it seems for that purpose, but it is a glorious shower that you want to bask in. The building is very quiet, I think I saw no more than 3 people in the building in my 5 weeks and the rooftop was excellent for the 4th of July fireworks.

Excellent location to see Boston car-free.
This unit is in a great location to see the best of Boston. It is on a beautiful street with a walking park down the middle of it. The unit is remodeled with an updated kitchen and bath. It is on the second floor and faces the street. So good views of the park. We were there in the fall for a month. The weekend evenings can be a bit loud with people and cars on the street late into the night. The only minus were a few of the listed amenities that didn't work for us (slow wi-fi, DVD player, instant hot water dispenser), there were no wash cloths or dish cloths, and the knives were not sharp. It is a great place to stay and enjoy the sights of Boston.

Location, location, locatiion!
I just loved staying at this beautifully appointed apartment while on a 3 month work assignment in Boston. The property is located right in luxurious back bay! Just a few minutes walk to absolutely everything - shops, restaurants, parks, public transportation, the Pru, etc. Excellent location. The apartment is spotlessly clean, includes professional high end appliances, and an eclectic decor with a cool vibe. The owner was super nice, offering airport transportation, lots of fabulous tips for places to go and things to see and great restaurants to try. I would definitely recommend this property.

Retired legal professional and actor now involved with RE Developement bought this unit when in Law School and before going overseas to study in Lund, Sweden. I was renting this unit from a parent of a fellow law school student who had graduated. When I bought it and gutted it, I had 407 bags of garbage that had to be individually removed and discovered some very interesting items hidden in the walls when exposing the bricks. This unit was once part of a single family home built in 1891. The renovations were all done by myself.

Why they chose this property

I grew up in the Boston area and when the previous owner said he was buying a building in NYC and needed cash, I quickly called in all my loans to friends and scrambled to have cash for the seller in 12 days. I remember counting out several thousands of dollars with quarter rolls, crumpled up $2 bills and plenty of $20 bills on the desk of the attorney handling the sale.

What makes this property unique

I did some research of the history of this place and found that the exposed brick and views are quite beautiful and full of history. Place was originally a single family home built in 1891. I surrounded the condo with New England artifacts and art, all that tell a brief hostory of Boston from an original turn of the century subway sign from the oldest subway system in the USA to old porcelain street signs and license plates from the early days of Transportation. Easy walk to Back Bay sites, restaurants and the Prudential Center and Hynes Auditorium and just a short Uber away from Harvard U., BU, BC, Northeastern, Berkley College of Music and all the medical facilities in Boston.
