  We just returned from our week long stay in Marathon at Oceanview! This place is amazing!!! When we arrived at the home, it was clean and ready for a relaxing stay. Everything you need, it's there. Plenty of room, beds, pots/pans, seating, towels, tv's. But none of those things matter because all your time will be spent outside either in the pool or hot tub or playing a round of pool. We used this house for our "friends trip" and it was awesome. We never felt like we were cramped or stepping over eachother. This house has a great location. Not too far from a grocery store or restaurants, yet not on a busy or loud street. It has a great little bait shop not even a 5 minute walk from the house. We spent a lot of time fishing off the "back porch" and caught an array of fish! We saw manatees and tarpon right off the back deck! There are 4 iguanas that live in the back yard rocks and come out to sun on the deck! Several birds took a liking to our fishing skills and managed to score a snack or two :) Overall, this is an amazing house! Wendy answered many questions I had even prior to me booking the house. I would recommend this house and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks Conch Realty for this wonderful house and for the even better memories!!!

  When we arrived we found the oceanview very charming, decorated nicely and the views were to die for. We had a sunset and sunrise right from the house. We sat outside everyday by the pool or on the porch with our cocktails or coffee enjoying it immensely. While there may have been small things with the home, we did not notice as we were not there to nit pick, and that is what you would have had to do. The pool was clean and warm, the jacuzzi worked great, and the the pool table was a bonus! We had absolutely no problem working any of the televisions and the pictures were pretty much right on. Two bedrooms up with kings, two bedrooms down with a double and king. Sleeper sofas up and down. Plenty of room for our family. Adam was great to work with, as we rented one of the Boston Whalers and had a great time driving around exploring the area. Thanks for a great vacation and we will be back next year. Also renting in Jan we got a better deal as it was considered more off season! Bonus!

  This house is situated so that you can watch the sun rise and set at this time of the year! The pool is very nice. But I have to agree with Steve, this house could use some maintenance and repair.They did repair the electrical problem that was causing the dryer and the pool heater to not work. Also they replaced the lounge chairs that were broken. The fourth bedroom with the double is small and does not have access to a bathroom. There are three bathrooms but they are all located inside a bedroom. We had four couples so the people in the small bedroom had to go through another bedroom to use a bathroom. Pretty akward! Also to go between the two floors you have to use the outside steps. I tried two of the pullout beds. One was broken and unusable, the other was extremly uncomfortable. There are a lot of televisions but they are very complicated. My brother was able to get the one in the living room working. I could not get the one in my room to work, but I wasn't there to watch TV so I didn't try too hard. We had a nice vacation, but I would not return to this house unless there were some improvements.

  This house has one of the most georgeous views you could ask for!!! Now for the reality of the house, numerous holes in the walls and ceilings around the house, washer dryer kept shorting out, 3 or the 4 lounge chairs were broken, house came with no instructions at all as how to turn on any of the 4 tvs...the living room had three control boxes on the table when you walk in,,,,im pretty smart, but it took me an hour to turn on the tv, the house is seperated, top and bottom level,...there is also enough junk stored under the house to open a small store,,,,,like i said this house has a great view ,but a little cleaning and repair would make this house better., also every time i spoke to clare, i was rushed off the phone,,,and every time i told her something was wrong, she blamed it on prior tenants,,,,,,a manuel and better comunication from the rental company would be ideal for this home

  If you want the view with the convenience of being a close drive to everything, you will love this house. First, Wendy was great to work with and set up a great package deal with a boat for the week. Definitely worth checking out. You are right at Vaca Cut so Gulf is just minutes away by boat as is gas and bait. You are liable to see anything from the comfort of your chair beside the pool ... we saw a herd of mantee's right at the dock! Okay, it was just three but they were extra big! The house is big with an open floor plan that allows everyone to gather upstairs or downstairs with a view of the open Atlantic. House has everything you will need. The house is clean and smelled so good when we arrived. Housekeeper gets an A+. House has been there a while with a few wrinkles on the outside but everything works great. We have stayed in many different houses and this one offers you a lot for your money.

In season the oceanview is 2400/wk plus 12.5% tax and 150 cleaning.
In season runs Feb-Mid Sept.
Off season runs Mid Sept-3rd week in Dec and the month of Jan is also a lower rate
Holiday rate runs Christmas and New years week, Mini lobster and lobster week.
Holiday rates are 2800/wk plus 12.5% tax and 150 cleaning
off season rates can run as low as 1700/wk plus 12.5% tax and 150 cleaning.
During season we only rent Sat-Sat by the week, we also do multiple weeks.
