Beautiful end unit townhome ideally situated in a family oriented community close to the bay and clubhouse. Enjoy a gorgeous sunset from the spacious deck off the living room or from the balcony off the master bedroom. The home is located in a quiet location close to the pool and clubhouse. The clubhouse has a beautiful waterfront outdoor pool, an indoor pool and whirlpool, men's and women's locker rooms with showers and sauna/steam rooms, two tennis courts, state of the art fitness center overlooking the bay, game room with billiards ping-pong tables, foosball, arcade game, library, meeting room, grand hall, and large kitchen. There are tennis courts, a playground and dock with gazebo. Each room in the clubhouse features large flat screen TV's. Wireless internet available in both the clubhouse and unit.
This townhome sleeps 8 people comfortably. The unit has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Two bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed (twin over full). There is also a full size futon in the den area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large open area for great family entertaining. Washer and dryer located on the 2nd floor.
Club House Rules and Regulations
Upon arrival you can check in at the clubhouse. You will have the opportunity to purchase passes for use of the community clubhouse and its amenities ($25/per person per week, over the age of 4). You will also have the opportunity to purchase daily passes during the week for $6 per day. The beach shuttle operates from 10am-5pm on weekends. There are several shuttle stops within the community. The shuttle drops off on Garfield Pkwy. The beach is approximately 1 mile from the community.
For convenience there is a Harris Teeter grocery store is located at the corner of Fred Hudson Road and Cedar Neck Road. Great rainy day activities include shopping at the 3 premium shopping outlets located in Rehoboth.
Linens are not included and you will have to bring your own linens but linen package are available upon request at additional cost of $129.00, which includes 2 sets of queens, 2 sets of fulls, 1 set of twins, 8 sets of towels (one bath towel, one hand towel and one wash cloth), delivered and picked up. If interested, please download linen acknowledgement letter from the booking website, call or e-mail for that site, under additional information and sign it and return it with your rental agreement and deposit and payment for linen rentals.
