This spacious Inverness villa is fully equipped, air-conditioned and all on one level. The villa is an airy, bright end unit on the 7th hole of the Fazio golf course. There are 2 bedrooms (1 king and 2 twins), 2 baths and a sleep sofa. The dining room has an atrium window and wet bar. The living room has a cathedral ceiling, sofa bed, ceiling fan, an entertainment center with HD cable TV and DVD. There is wireless high speed Internet access. The patio off the living room provides a sweeping view of the 3rd and 7th holes of the Fazio golf course. The villa accommodates 5 people. There is a grill for outdoor cooking and the villa is equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven and cable TV in the master bedroom and kitchen. The large eat-in kitchen has a breakfast nook with greenhouse roof. Located a short distance from the villa is a community pool and 3 clay tennis courts for renter use. The villa was very clean and well stocked with all necessary kitchen gadets and extra linens! I didn't have to wash towels! Big bathrooms and good size bedrooms w/ comfy beds. The den was huge! We grilled on the deck, (furniture was great!) as the golfers went by. Even saw a hawk eat his dinner. Owner called upon check in and we felt right at home! We liked to spray hoses at front and back doors, they helped with sand removal. Pool was salt and close by. We will be back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
