Our part of the beach is the best. Easy in and out and surounded by great entertainment for the kids and adults too. The Mellow Mushroom is accross the street and it is awesome. It is always packed so prepare for the wait.

I am an Atlanta owner and have been a PCB owner for years. I have made many great friends in the PCB area and love to fish and golf here. If you really want to experiance fishing at it's best with a fast and fun sport boat call Capt Charlie Campbell on the Snapper Napper. 850-625-5383 and tell him I sent you as he a close friend of mine. No more 6 knot rolling boat trips spending 2/3 of the time ridding to the fish and back. Charlies 32 ft Contender with twin 300 on the back get you there fast and spend the day on the fish.

We have been traveling to PCB for thirty years, we stayed at this condo for two weeks and we loved it. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It is located close to restaurants, Wal-Mart and Pier Park is just a short drive away. Emerald Falls Park is across the street, with rides for the little ones and go-carts and putt-putt- golf. The view is priceless! It has a HUGE balcony. It was really nice to have the rental beach chairs and umbrella included with the room. Check in was really easy, we had the key to the condo and the reserved parking space was nice. We had to pay $20.00 to the front desk for parking passes and wrist bands for the pool, which the owner made sure we knew before we arrived. The photos accurately reflected the condo. The owner is very prompt to respond to any questions and he is very easy to work with. We can't wait to go back!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We decided to choose this condo becouse of the nice review we read here. Thank you very much for it because we had the pleasure to stay 3 nights at this amazing condo. Very clea and well maintained as said before. Breathtaking view and very quiet unit. Condo close to Walmart, Publix and many other places. We extremely recommend this condo for your nex vacation. We can not wait to come back.

My wife and I have been traveling in the PCB and Destin area for 20 years. This is one of if not the best unit we have stayed in for the price. Everything is in excellent condition and very well taken care of, this is not your everyday rental unit. It feels like a home that is well maintained. Comfortable, clean, well appointed and WHAT A VIEW!! The owner is super nice. We highly reccomend this unit. T and L
