The only beachfront property in our portfolio, Miramar features views of the Bay of Biscay from its living room and private terrace that are second to none. The apartment was fully renovated in 2011, yet its location in the heart of historic Biarritz lends a hint of old-world charm to an otherwise contemporary residence.
The open-concept living area is the centerpiece of this vacation rental. One wall has a sliding glass door that opens onto a private terrace overlooking the ocean. The adjacent wall has elegant glass-paneled French doors, which—open or closed—provide sweeping views of the beach and the nearby lighthouse. With its modern furnishings, high ceilings, and brick accents, the living room has the feel of an urban loft. This sentiment is carried over to the fully equipped kitchen, which is outfitted with sleek black cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The adjacent bar area seats up to six people.
Like the rest of the apartment, the three bedrooms have been fully renovated to provide a five-star, hotel-quality experience. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and an in-suite Italian shower. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. One has a queen-size bed; the other can be made up with either one king-size bed or two single beds. Our on-call property manager will make sure your stay exceeds every expectation.
When it comes to location, you can’t get any closer to the beach—it’s literally steps away. Miramar Beach is quiet and uncrowded during the peak tourist season. You can also access the private pool and Spa at the Sofitel next door for half of the usual fees.
The neighborhood has a long and storied past—the Hôtel du Palais and Spa Imperial are down the street. If you’re looking for more action, downtown Biarritz is a five-minute walk from Miramar. We also offer two parking spaces just outside the apartment.

The flat was pleasure to stay at, with views you have dreams of and a location that was fabulous. The apartment is wonderful with amazing views! This home is well furnished and comfortable. On top of all this, the manager was very friendly and easy to work with.
