We offer you a charming comfortably-furnished three bedroom / two bath condo with a private dock and a heated outdoor pool in Bokeelia’s premier condominium complex. Further, because of this unit’s floor plan and north / south orientation it is arguably one of Marina Garden’s finest. This is the best-of-the-best.
In townhouse style you have your own outdoor entrance and a large parking and storage area on the ground floor beneath the condo.
The first floor has a fairly open floor plan with a nicely- equipped kitchen and a spacious living room / dining area. Off the living room through double sliding glass doors is a screened in south-facing porch that runs the length of the unit – this is perhaps this property’s finest feature. For on this porch you can have pleasant outdoor meals, relax with a book or simply enjoy the view of the water. The Jug Creek channel runs right by with the fishing boats and kayaks passing, osprey nesting, the wildlife-teeming mangrove islands beyond, and the beautiful Florida sunsets. Back inside there is also a main-floor bedroom with twin beds and a full bath.
Now move upstairs to the second floor - off the master bedroom (king size bed) is a small third bedroom (twin beds), a closeted washer/dryer, and a storage room/closet. This floor also has two smaller balconies, one to the south off the master bedroom and one to the north off the hallway. In addition to beautiful views to go to sleep and wake up to, these balconies enable lovely tropical breezes.
Back downstairs - walk out your front door to Pirate’s Cove and your private boat dock! If you have your own boat you can launch it at the Marina Gardens boat launch; or, if you prefer to rent, you can do so from the nearby marina, which you can actually see from the porch. Either way, you have easy access to Charlotte Harbor and all it has to offer, including great fishing, incredible tropical beauty, the great beaches of Cayo Costa State Park and the Gulf of Mexico beyond. Also, easily launch your kayaks and explore these meandering waters and the beauty of our mangroves.
The heated swimming pool is a short walk through the beautifully landscaped grounds. It includes bathrooms / changing areas as well as a generous deck for sunbathing. There are bike paths within easy access and many scenic walks to take – or hop in the car because whimsical Matlacha is just a short drive away. Pine Island is a treasure and Marina Gardens #10 offers you the opportunity to enjoy it in memorable comfort and ease.

We stayed here during the winter of 2011. As boaters - who occasionally fish - the location was ideal and the private dock was perfect for our needs. The condo was as described, very comfortable and nicely furnished. And we essentially lived on the south-facing front porch. - abundant wildlife and memorable sunsets. It was a wonderful interlude from our northern winter. We will definitely come back.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.
