  Fantastic 5 bedroom condo! Allows room for everyone to gather together while offering plenty of privacy. Beutiful direct West views for sunset and east views of sunrise coming up over the gulf. Comfortable furniture and beds. Best of all worlds....quiet location off the main strip on the beach, but only a short walk or drive (1.5miles) down asphalt walking path to public parking on the beach. Private beach on intercoastal waterway. Pier for fishing. Great golf course across the street.Bait shop and Restaurants within walking distance. Always thought the place to be was on the gulf but needed a larger unit than normal and why we picked this unit. From now on we will stay here.

  This is our second straight year staying Sailmakers Place. John has a beautiful condo with TONS of space and the condo has all the amenities that your looking for. Give John a call today , he is very easy to work with and you will not be disappointed !

  We had an excellent stay at Sailmakers place. The view is fantastic and the condo is very spacious and the gulf beach is a very short drive away. We couldn't have asked for better weather. We'll be back!

  We have visited this property for four years and every year we can't wait to go back. The condo Is beautifully decorated as shown in in the photos and the kitchen had everything we needed. The master bedroom and bath are fabulous. Each of the four other bedrooms has its own bath and TV .There is full size washer and dryer to take care of those sandy clothes from the beach area at the water's edge. The condo is spacious so there is room for everyone to "do their thing" and not be in each other's space. The little reading nook just off the kitchen area was a favorite spot. The beautiful pool and deck area were clean and there were umbrella tables/chairs and lounge chairs for sunning. Several of us used the exercise facilities located on site. The owner was very helpful in offering suggestions for nearby grocery stores, restaurants and interesting things to do. We had his number if there were any problems or issues we were unable to handle. We took several day trips to nearby small towns and enjoyed the history of the area. We (a group of ministers and wives) would highly recommend this property as a wonderful place to relax with family and friends and we can't wait to go back!

  The condo is lovely and very comfortable. It has all the comforts of home. This was my second time to stay there and I would highly recommend it. The condo was very clean and well maintained. Everyone was very friendly and there was no noise from other tenants. The view of the Intercoastal is beautiful as there is a lot of boat traffic. We were lucky enough to see the dolphins from our balcony. It is close to shopping and many good restaurants. Oyster Bay Restaurant is very good and is within walking distance. The Naval Flight Museum with the Imax theater is close and very interesting. The owner was very informative about interesting places to see.

  I've been lucky enough to enjoy two trips to this condo owned by my cousin. Couldn't ask for a better place to visit and relax. Everything was clean and well maintained. We didn't require alot of entertainment, but had fun searching out places to shop and good resturants. My favorite memory is viewing beautiful sunsets for the balconey. We enjoyed spending time at the Naval Air Base watching the Blue Angel air shows.

  Sailmaker's Place condo outstanding in every way: clean, well-maintained, appointments lovely, unit extremely functional. I have already recommended this condo to siblings who travel frequently.   Fantastic property. Close to the beach and on the inter-coastal which turned out to be more interesting. There was always activity to watch while sitting on the balcony. The place is impeccable and great for a family vacation. Other property tenants/owners were friendly. The local seafood market sells the best shrimp we've ever had. Biking to the national seashore was easy. All in all, a great place and stay. We'd go back in a minute. (And the owner was very helpful with information and arrangements prior to our stay).
