Every room in this 1906 sq ft. 2 bedroom condo has unobstructed views of the Sea of Cortez and the custom free-form pools. The Master bedroom has a king bed as well as a separate shower and whirl pool bath tub. The second bedroom offers two double beds, a beautiful walk in shower. Both bedrooms offer access to the balcony area The condo sleeps six.. You can spend hours just relaxing on the oversized 420 sq ft balcony or walk to restaurants, activities and shopping in near by San Jose.
This condo is fully furnished, has satellite TV in each room,DVD player, phone and wireless internet, filtered water system, washer/dryer. The rooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans. Pick up from the airport is available for a fee and an activity center is available on site You can walk one and one-half blocks to the Mega store, like a Wal-Mart, to shop for groceries or anything else you would desire. You have a longer walk or short cab ride to downtown San Jose for great restaurants or a twenty minute drive to Cabo San Lucas, where all the young folks hang out at El Squid Row or Cabo Wabo, to mention just a few of the well-know names. Or just stay at home, the common grounds offer a wonderful outdoor bbq for cooking and dining as well as hot tub. Nothing to bring except your swim suits. No smoking and no pets.

We just returned from San José del Cabo and Las Mananitas on Sunday Dec 30th after a 1 week visit to join up with our son and his fiancée. Had it not been for the fact that her parents reside at Las Mananitas, we may have missed out on visiting this marvelous location and resort. it was too short a visit - weather was perfect - 24F each day by 11am - bit cool in morning and night - bring some sweaters or a hoodie and jogging pants. We have travelled with our family since they were babies and they are now adults, so we know what we want (luxurious, large and ultra clean units, impeccably kept grounds, restaurants and amenities nearby. No let down in any aspect with our unit, resort and location! Ron was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process answering all our questions quickly by email. When our flight was delayed on departure for 15 hrs, we were so lucky to have no one coming into the unit that day and Ron was right there to approve and extend our stay. San José del Cabo is a picture perfect town with amazing restaurants at every corner - I never cooked! We went into San Lucas for an evening and walked through Luxury Avenue (in the mall) and ate at the marina, but unless you want crowds and Hard Rock Cafés etc, ... I couldn't wait to get back 'home' to San José del Cabo and Las Mananitas. Don't miss lunches and even dinner at Cynthia's (turn rt at the gates and it's 1 block away). Now my son and his fiancée are engaged to be married there in Nov and we are trying to line up rooms for guests. There's no doubt we are coming back to Las Mananitas!Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.

We stayed here the second week in April. Exceeded expectations! The accommodations were beautiful. The pool and beach were fantastic. Location was unbeatable. No complaints or concerns. We most definitely will be staying here again. Thanks to all.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.
