Bordered on one side by a town reserve, this comfortable contemporary home is located in the Sag Harbor/Noyack area, and is within 15 minutes drive of Southampton, Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton. On entering the house on the first floor there is a cozy entrance area with ample closet and storage space leading to the open plan kitchen, dining, living room and den area. Also on the first floor is the laundry area and a small powder room.

Our Hamptons experience was wonderful, thanks to this amazing property! Every aspect of the house lent itself to relaxation, comfort, luxury, privacy and easy accessibility to all the Hampton hot spots. Its location within a lovely neighborhood and next to a nature preserve even provided us with all the jogging and hiking we could ask for. The technological and culinary amenities are top notch. Last, but certainly not least, the multi-level deck, in ground pool and pergola were spectacular additions to our morning coffee, midday sunbathing and evening cocktails! It was truly the perfect get away!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
