The common grounds of the townhouse complex feature lush foiliage and welcomed seclusion from the outside world on lazy days. Soak up the sun or relax in the shade beside one of the two pools available for use or unwind in one of the two jetted hot tubs.
Inside the tastefully decorated townhouse that includes an elevator for your convenience, you will find a full kitchen and dining room as well as spacious lanai for al fresco dining and entertaining on the first floor. The second floor includes a den and reading area; full bathroom with stand up shower; game room with felt poker table and wet bar; and living room area with digital cable television.
Three bedrooms comprise the third floor including the master suite with a king-size bed and huge walk-in closet. The attached master bathroom features double sinks and a jacuzzi tub as well as a stand up shower. The additional two guest bedrooms have a queen-sized bed with balacony and two twin beds, respectively. These two rooms share the unattached bathroom located on the third floor with a stand up shower. Also located on the third floor is the laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board, etc. for your use.
