This one bedroom, smoke-free condo is located in the Ekahi Village, and is a short(less than 4 minutes)walk to beautiful Keawakapu Beach. This is a ground floor unit located in Building 19. There are four beautiful swimming pools, one overlooking the beach featuring a large pavilion with BBQ, kitchen, and bathroom facilities.
This ground floor unit has a beautiful green belt right off of the 225 sq. ft. lanai. This lanai faces west so you can enjoy the evening sun as it sets. While sitting on your lanai, you can enjoy istening to the waves crash on beautiful Keawakapu beach.
The master bedroom features a king size bed with blackout curtains and is attached to a large south facing private lanai. The living area sleeps two on the queen sofa bed or 1 on futon. The bathroom has been updated.
But this is all just the beginning because at Ekahi Village you have access to all of Wailea. Wailea features world-renowned golf and tennis, beaches and an array of exquisite shops and restaurants. There's easy access to the 2 mile oceanfront "Wailea walk". You can also walk to some of the nicest hotels on Maui and enjoy their restaurants, ocean activities and other amenities including: snorkeling, diving, kayak and sailboat rentals.

Christmas & New Years - 2 week minimum - $300.00 per night
Rates are based on 2 people. Additional charge of $10.00 per night per person
No departure cleaning charge of $150 on stays longer than 7 nights
25% deposit required at time of booking. Full payment due 60 days before arrival
Rates are subject to a 13.42% Hawaii State tax.

Why the Owner Chose Ekahi Village
We are a young family of 4 with 2 young kids (10 & 8) who love Maui. We fell in love with the Ekahi Village complex because of the amenities and fantastic beach. We will be able to enjoy this complex with our young children now and for our retirement later. We bought this particular unit (19C) because of the great location to the beach and the pool pavillion (no hills to walk up!). As a bonus there is a beautiful grassy area right off the lanai. And our favorite part is listening to the waves crash onto the beach while we eat our dinner on the lanai.

My boyfriend and I spent 7 nights in Maui, and it was truly hard to leave!! The condo was extremely comfortable and accommodating, and in a prime location! We walked to Keawakapu beach each morning with our breakfast, and visited the Shops @ Wailea every afternoon for ice cream! Loved the boogie boards, BBQ out on the Lanai, and the kitchen that was equipped with all the dishes, utensils and appliances we needed to prepare our own meals for the times we decided to stay in! Thank you for allowing us this wonderful stay! We can't wait to come back again!!! :)

We ended our trip on our 18th wedding anniversary and our family really enjoyed your condo. The location is perfect. Your place is well equiped and feels like a home not a rental. We have been to the islands many times and feel this was our most memorable. Thanks so much. We love this place and don't want to leave but will return real soon.

Cam and I had an amazing time in your condo. It was so comfortable to stay in and made our trip to Maui so much more enjoyable. Its central location allowed us to make many day trips and the quick drive to all the great local restaurants in Kihei. We makde many meals here with your well stocked kitchen and bbq and it was a treat to enjoy our meals on the lanai!

Mahalo! My wife and I had a great time and your condo was great. Perfect location, close to the quiet pool and just a short walk to the beach. Every morning was a quick walk down to the beach then our walk to Polo Beach and back. Thank you again.

Our Family just returned from an amazing vacation! The location is perfect! Just a very short walk to the beach and pools.The condo was very comfortable and had plenty of space for our family of 4. It was very well stocked with everything you could need from the kitchen to beach towels, boogie boards, coolers, umbrellas... The Lanai was wonderful and we spent a lot of time relaxing..grilling...sipping coffee while listening to the waves crashing. There is a little bit of a view too! The ocean front pool and pavilion is absolutly beautiful! The Beach is fantastic!! Very sandy..great snorkleing..Great for kids!! In all the beaces we went to on Maui...ours was the BEST.... A truley amazing vacation! Jodi was wonderful to rent from! Thank you for sharing your little bit of paradise with us!! We are already planning on when we can return!

We've stayed twice at the Hatters's home away from home. I've always loved Maui, but the condo is the best. It has everything to make you feel at home including a blender that really works. We are planning on returning again in 08. And of course again and again. Thanks Jennifer!

We just came back from a glorious 10 nights at the Hatter's lovely Wailea condo. It had everything our family needed for a wonderful vacation -- from the beach chairs, the beach/pool towels, the ice chests (which we used daily), to the wonderful beachside pavilion -- it all was top notch. Also, true to form, the words are LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This was in one of the most pristine areas of Maui, just a stone's throw from the Grand Wailea and the Kea Lani. Keawakapu beach was amazing and perfect for kids (little to no waves in the morning to larger waves in the afternoon). We will be back again and again. Aloha Rex, Jennifer, Dean and Lauren.
