  Our stay in Culver City was perfect at this location. Not only was this townhouse convenient to the many places we visited throughout the city, but it was upscale, clean, large, economical and a great option for the varied needs of our group. There were plenty of amenities on site from multiple pools to hot-tubs, exercise facilities, and great areas for strolling around. Parking was convenient and adequate, security was a paramount concern, shopping was convenient and within reasonable walking distance, while the owners assisted kindly with our inquiries and concerns prior to our visit. Overall we were VERY pleasantly surprised with all aspects of these accommodations, and will definitely stay here in the future when we are visiting the area again.

  We were at this condo for two weeks. It was very nice and clean. Beds were nice and comfey. {thats important to us} We went all around the area with family and friends and had a great time. This is a very large complex so parking was kinda strange. Im sure there was guest parking somewhere but we didnt check that out. If we wanted company over I have no idea where they would of parked. Everything was great and we had a great time. Thanks so much!

  The property is very conveniently located near the LA Airport. There is easy access to the freeway, and there are many local points of interest. We used it mainly as a hub to visit Hollywood, Burbank, Studio City and other locales. The set up is very comfortable. The interior is nicely decorated and great for relaxing. There are several very nice pools with hot tubs on the premises. I highly recommend this place for people visiting Los Angeles.

  My wife and I were very pleased with the accommodations at the Condo! As our children live out there, we plan on staying there the next time we stay in Culver City.

  6 of us made this bright, airy, lovely, exceptionally well maintained and comfortable townhouse our home-base around West LA for 6 nights. Feeding 4 teen athletes healthy meals and packing lunches and doing loads of training clothes was extremely easy in the well-applianced and appointed kitchen and near by laundry facility. All the beds were very comfortable, the complex was quiet in a nice neighborhood very close to many restaurants and shops (1/2 mile walk to Howard Hughes Promenade Center and Westfield Mall). 2 secure off-street parking spaces met our needs perfectly. We had a couple of very humid-hot days for Culver City but the nights were very cool, and using a fan in the kitchen made afternoon dinner prep comfortable. The owners were timely, clear, warm and friendly people who obviously use this as a second home - because it is so perfectly maintained and livable. We will stay here again when we return for more training! Oh! The complex's 3 pools and hot tub were a hit with the kids and 2 moms. Thanks for a stress-free visit.

  We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. The condition of the property is immaculate. The owner (Patrick) was extremely helpful in all situations and always was available to answer any questions. The location of the property is very convenient, close to beaches (15 min) and LA (15-20min). Grocery stores are also nearby (2 min drive). We liked a cozy city park that is very close to the condo where we enjoyed jogging and our kids - playing on a playground.

  We really enjoyed our stay! Patrick and Terry have kept a lovely home and the care for their property shows. They greeted us upon arrival, showed us around the complex, and made us feel at home immediately. The condo had everything that we needed to cook and live like we normally would while at home. It was close to lots of entertainment, restaurants, and the beach - Venice is only about a 15 minute drive and Santa Monica about 20 minutes. The only downside to the stay was the stairs leading to the bedrooms. There was no mention in the description and my wife has a health issue that makes it difficult to climb stairs. However, things worked out well and we were very satisfied with everything. We would highly recommend this wonderful condo to anyone staying in the Culver City area!

  We stayed two weeks in this beautiful condo. Patrick was welcoming and helped us get settled, showing us where everything was located. We had covered, gated parking and felt safe during our stay. The condo has everything you will need. One of the three pools is heated and we went swimming all but two days (rain). Laundry, trash and recycling is all easy. This is close to the airport, as well as close to shopping malls, only a few blocks away. We walked in the park across the street, and had a wonderful time. This is clean and well maintained. It is close to all the museums, theme parks and the beach. It is large enough to have your family over for dinner too. very comfortable. We will stay here again upon our next visit.

  My family needed temporary housing while their new home was being completed. Patrick's townhouse was just what we needed. More family came in from Texas for a few days and having the 3rd bedroom and 1/2 bath was perfect. The townhouse was very well equipped, clean, in a central location, and overall perfect for our needs. Above all, Patrick was easy to work with. When there was a drainage issue in the guest bathroom, he acted quickly and it was fixed within 24 hours. We had to extend our stay and Patrick moved things around to accommodate us. For an extended stay having the laundry so close to the unit was ideal and the added security of entry card locks was comforting. I would highly recommend Patrick's townhouse for families.
